Really great design, the cockpit is awesome. Also lovin the photography.

It doesn't. As i mentioned before it doesn't have a cockpit. Though I'm considering buying some pieces to make one. Also another thing I realised it didn't have (I did wrong) is that the wings at the back end bend downwards in the other direction. No one has actually seem to have done this to their designs yet. Maybe if I get these two done (and also buy some propellers ofcourse) I might have chance having the best Bat out there? Also there's one thing I happen to have got right by chance. The wings on the sides are bendable (the part with three 2x2 tiles). In the film they bend upwards slightly to slow down The Bat. :)

Thank's a lot for your support. Great Comments!

Here it is! my complete trilogy of Bat-vehicles. This model took 3 days to make. I was aiming to just get a good shape leaving out small details and the cockpit. Overall I'm quite happy with it knowing I only used whatever scrap lego pieces I had. I didn't show the bottom because It only has one propeller. The wings at the back can be bent for when it lands (like in the film).

Here is my modified version of Brent Waller's Tumbler. A while ago I bought the pieces for his model then was quite disappointed with the accuracy once I built it so I modified it slightly so I can be more happy with how it looks. Brent Waller's model is already very popular so I understand most people are very happy with how it looks.

It's now on cuusoo. http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/25814 Thanks for the help! CBMM1, the Batpod is actually very stable already. It would take great force for the front wheel to twist or bend up or down. Here are my new pics Once I reach 500 supports (which could be a long time), I will share my Bane decals I made myself which includes 3 of his outfits from the film and his head.

I have a problem applying my decal. This is my first time using decals on my minifig. I'm using a decal design that is transparent with light gray lines. When I put it on my black torso, the light grey lines become see through and I can barely see it on my minifig. I used inkjet waterslide decal paper and 3 coats of acrylic spray and left it to dry for 30 minutes until dipping in water. Could anyone help me out? On youtube there aren't videos putting decals on a black torso so that could be the problem.

The waterslide decal paper I bought seems to be called 'inkjet waterslide decal paper' but can I use a laser printer to print on it? I know there's a 'laster waterslide decal paper' but how strict is it? Inkjet printers dont seem to print small details. Also the black isn't dark enough.

Thanks 7292 looks like a really good set but not exactly what I'm looking for. 9488 seems kinda underpriced but great value. But its not big enough. I would go for a higher price than that. What I'm looking (for which I'm sorry to not mention) is something that looks cool display. I stumbled across http://www.youtube.com/user/legoboy12345678/ which has a lot of star wars reviews/list of products I could reference. 7915 is close to what I'm looking for but I'm still looking for better. 8093 has the right size but too expensive. So far my list of products I might consider is at 7590, 6866, 7292 and 7915.

I want to buy a set for my friend as a gift (18 male). He loves Lego but doesnt have a favourite theme. I only want to pay £15 (~$20) or less, from a UK Bricklink store or Amazon. It should be a general or widely accepted theme. Preferably Star Wars because it is a very general theme of Lego and has the highest quality sets. The more pieces the better. Nothing small. I haven't looked into much Star Wars yet because there are so many sets but so far I've considered buying '7590 Woody and Buzz to the Rescue' and '6866 Wolverine's Chopper Showdown'. It doesn't have to be Star Wars so please recommend as many of any set that could fit my criteria. Thanks.

Hello this is my model of the TDK/TDKR batpod plus EMP rifle. I plan on posting it to Cuusoo but I was hoping for some feedback first. I'm considering making it a set of the TDKR chase scene which means I'd have to consider Bane, his 3 goons, the EMP rifle, police cars and inside the stock exchange. I don't have pieces for police cars or stock exchange so I could maybe include it in the description. I think this could be great cause TDKR is a recent and very popular film though Lego seem difficult to convince because of the chances of promoting violence/crime or slight mature themes which is making it diffult for me to finalise an acceptable set. Another thing is that Lego love hero vs villain sets, and also vehicles. Are there any small modifications I should make to make it more likely for Lego to accept? Lego might not like that the bottom row of gun barrels (gray paddles) do not fit properly. Should I remove the EMP blaster and leave it as a general Batman+Batpod set? Should I make a set mimicking the chase scene with Bane on a motorbike? If so should I include all 4 stock exchange robbers and the hostages on the back of them or just leave it as Batman and Bane? I don't think I can make polls yet so please comment. I'll put it on Cuusoo as soon as I get feedback and I hope for your support. Also one more question I'd like to whore, can I post my project on Cuusoo and put in the description describing how it can vary eg. Single Batpod or Bane chase?

Mine is a reference to a recent film and also my favourite film, if anyone would like to guess?

Pictorial Review: 6862 Superman vs. Power Armor Lex
Simple1DEA replied to BaraSH's topic in LEGO Licensed
Great pictorial review. Thanks for that. I was considering buying that set, I think I will now. -
This is really cool! Did you consider using light gray studs for Thor's torso?
-
This is brilliant! I love everything about it. Congratulations on first place.
-
Yeah that's it. Thanks alot.

Could anyone tell me the name of the small piece used to stand Dirt Bikes up? Its two small bars that are joined perpendicularly.
-
Not sure where to ask this question, does anyone know the digital colour code for Dark Gray and Light Gray so I can create a decal on photoshop and print it the right lego colour? I've tried Google already but found nothing.
-
Thanks! edit: Does anyone know if there is a lego piece for this I can buy from Bricklink? I think this is a megablocks piece. It's a 1 x 1 stud with a small bar.

does anyone know the name of this piece so I can find it on Bricklink? or does anyone know a set where i can find it?

Simple1DEA is my common username. I've been playing with legos as far as i can remember but haven't bought any recently. I think the last lego set I ever bought was Phantoka Lewa. So far I've collected 1,2,2.5,3,4,7th generation of the green bionicles but only the other colours for the early generations. I'm honestly quite put off by the price and quality of current lego products but I still love lego as much as everyone else. I plan on buying pieces from Bricklink and hopefully share cool creations with you guys.
