Nice work Sandy! Sure it was somewhat predictable, but in order to keep the series going, you had to set the Princess up early as being a capable warrior otherwise no one would be interested in a Character who sits around and brushes her hair every episode I look forward to more stories. You seem to already have a great Castle collection building there, good stuff. Comic On!

Nice Work! always good to use all those white bones on a MOC! In a funny way it reminds me of a dead Smithers still driving Mr Burns around Dont mess with the Dragula!

Thanks for the great review Sveltecorps. I bought some of the MM last year and ended up selling them off for SW. This new set has got me interested in MM again, partly due to your cool review! :thumbup: One question though, Did you get this set in Aust shops or S@H, just wondering if i should be looking for it yet? You have to bear in mind that lego has a lot of new lines this year as well, Coast guard, Indy and Spies etc. They may only release so many total sets from their factory each year. I agree that Castle seems like a money earner for TLC. Secondly sets are distributed all over the world at different times. Myself and others on this forum from Australia will have to wait till September for the entire Castle line to hit our shelves.....so we have actually had to wait a lot longer than you to get our next castle fix (only the rerelease of Dwarven mine so far and the two impulses). Its even harder to read all the cool reviews on this site and then still wait 9 mths just to get our hands on the set Cheers ISC

Revenge of the Forestmen! A Special mention to Dragonator for his cool Ravine MOC which gave me a lot of inspiration! When last we left our plucky band of Forestmen they were shacked up in an Abandoned castle. Now acting on a lead from a 'source' they lead a secret strike on one of the Good Kings Castle's. Does anyone know if we can expect to see 7649 Drill thingy in Australia? If so would it be a TRU exclusive? always good to keep the eyes peeled. I thought i had gotten out of MM but they have drawn me back in with this behemoth of a drill machine/mecha and the crystal reaper. sigh cash away.....!

If its an episode 4 iconic Death Star set, then i doubt we will get imperial guards as they only accompany the Emperor onto the second Death Star. Imperial gunners would be welcome though. Still its all just speculation at this stage, who knows what TLC will do?! Cheers ISC :skull:

Nicely constructed! I like the joined ladders and eerie black bird. Im guessing that the ghost train doesn't need water (probably more likely it runs on spirits ) Cant be a whole lot of real estate left to build in this town! :thumbup:
