This is my latest attempt at a land grab. The Northern One will be for my signature minifig who will be doing something (I do have plans). The bottom one is the elven tribe of L'tganir. They have many cities and their own heritage. I have plans for them as well. As soon as I can be sure I have land for them, I can post my WIP to get opinions on it.

Ok, now my request is for any island in the mystic isles that isn't already taken for my elf village. Two islands would be preferable, but one at the least. You know, if I can make requests. Because I don't want to claim something already taken. Edit (I love edits ): I want to know if I have an island claimed before I show my first WIP I have been working on.

I said I wanted to claim some foresty area for an elven city. And here it is: Edit: This is land plot 6, and I will want to claim one or two more pieces of land for other projects. But not till those arrive.

I don't have tons of money to spend on bricks ether, just so you know. And yes, the photography of it was very well done. Just because I criticize it doesn't mean there aren't good things about it. I don't hate it, after all. Nor Captain Settle. I hope he doesn't take my comments in bad taste, as you appear to have.

I did give suggestions, not just insults. I said make the baseplate smaller and make the market stall more attractive. Maybe a bit bigger. But I am also not sure if it was finished or not. Edit: Because honestly, there isn't much to say. Its just empty. That's why I don't like it. I don't think its terrible, or awful and would probably be fun to play with as a battle or something, but it isn't a great farm. I don't hate, I just don't like it. I don't hate Captain Settle, nor his building. I do think he should have said whether it was a WIP or not. That could change my opinion of it.

Ok, I'm going to be honest here. I do feel that too many forums have a unspoken rule that no one can say anything bad about another's creation. I am not going to say that you suck and should never build again. Do not take the criticism in bad taste. I feel like this is half finished and it has a bad use of space. It has some nice bits, I like how the minifigures are posed, but it does feel like it was scrapped together quickly. The market stall doesn't look very nice and the half finished roof is sad (but you already mentioned that). It is also very empty and could have had a smaller baseplate and that would have created a more efficient use of space. I am just a low post user and my comments might be ignored. Also, you did say that this was an experiment (unfinished?). Honestly, I don't like it, but if it is just a WIP, then is has promise.

I want to claim a smallish forest that I can claim as an elven village.

Hello Avalonia Guild. You have a new member. After careful deliberation, I am joining your ranks. Even though this is the one with the most members, it is also the most organized. And I have some ideas that would most fit this guild.

I am really excited for comic con, as always. Going there for a number of years and it is always awesome. Free books and great panels.

This may be only my fifth post, but I have been lurking on eurobricks and I am interested in mafia. Maybe one of these days, another mafia school will open, and I will hopefully have enough posts to enter. Until then, I shall be watching these games and was saddened to see this one needed a 2.0.

So, I wanted to join in on this, but I don't know which guild to join. Also, does anything else feel wrong or weird about the Guilds of Historica? Or is it just me? Anyways, my main question is more important. Which guild should I join?

I was thinking of getting the chess set, because it had such a good minifig to price to the fact that there were no other pieces in there. But they aren't as good quality? Should I still get them. They'd probably become my largest castle armies.

So, folks. I have once again returned to this forum in a non lurky way. I was here before, but that username I cannot recall. Let's hope this one goes better. Obviously, I like legos. Specifically, Star Wars, LOTR, castle, trains, etc. So there. Stuff. Etc. And more stuff.
