  1. This is pretty cool! Definitely like the use of the trans-dark-blue piece. Well done. :) I am definitely Pro-Spyrius; I have at least one set of each Spryius kit, in many cases I have 2 of them. All the hate for Spyrius seems to stem from the fact that the colour scheme is so close to that of M-Tron. Oh well! I like Spyrius for the Robots and the hexagonal flying saucers. I have a few Spryius MOCs in the works, so expect pictures soon.
  2. My PAB order arrived today! Woo hoo! I'll be making some sweet frames tonight!
  3. Thanks guys! I appreciate the comments. :)
  4. Thanks Hammer!
  5. Okay, here is my round 2 MOC for the Infiltration theme. This time I have made a Neo Blacktron MOC with inspiration from Mr. Blacktron's work and from the Crystal Scavenger set. The Clandestine3 has three unique forms which allows it to traverse the land, sea and sky. Form 1 is that of a 4-legged walker which is especially good at infiltrating difficult land terrain such as craggy caves and mountains. Form 2 is an underwater submersible. With it's pair of deep-water illuminators and crab like robotic hands, it is capable making its way through the murkiest waters or the thickest coral reefs. Form 3 is supersonic flight vessel, capable of flying high overtop of the infiltration target. The Clandestine3 is crewed by two members of the Blacktron elite. The Pilot of the vessel commands the cockpit and is an expert at avoiding radar and other tracking technologies. The Stealth Agent rides in the rear of the craft and prepares for deployment. The Stealth Agent is prepped for delivery in the land, sea and sky. The chamber he rides in can be slowly pressurized to either the high atmosphere or flooded with water in the deep oceans. Once this is done, the Stealh Agent will make his way to the infiltration target using his combination jet/scuba pack: descending from the sky like a rocket-powered paratrooper or propelling himself underwater like a torpedo. Once his mission is complete, the Pilot (who meanwhile has been using an array of distractionary tech to confuse the target) will rendezvous with the Stealth Agent and escape enemy territory. 6. Seems pretty straight forward to me. "It's my own interpretation how a neo blacktron line should look like." Black + Trans Neon Green. I definitely associate these with Blacktron. The Dark Bley comes from the Rench figure:
  7. I disagree with the Commander! I like the dark bley, and I've been using the same scheme as you in my Neo Blacktron MOCs. Pics soon!
  8. Awesome stuff. I really like the cockpit design for the walker. Brilliant. The mecha suit is pretty cool, but the driver doesn't seem very protected! Keep up the great work.
  9. Awesome stuff! Great articulation, as you say. Keep up the great work! Incidently, Lego has lost my online order where I ordered a bunch of bricks just so I could make some Frames... and so I wait!
  10. Same here. Plus, their colour schemes are difficult to make if you don't have the parts. I'd love to see M-Tron, Ice Plane, or Exploriens. I finished my round 2 MOC tonight and will take pics tomorrow. It's a Blacktron MOC. If I want to make a Spyrius MOC in addition to my Blacktron MOC for round 2, is that permitted? It's all for fun anyway, right?
  11. So I started collecting Neo Blacktron stuff in a Pinterest Board: http://pinterest.com/xand0r/blacktron-iii-mocs/ :)
  12. Spyrius Data Stealing Drone! Inspired by some MF0 Mecha. This drone is able to blend into its environment by posing as an ordinary communications tower. But hidden inside is a dastardly Spyrius Droid! My good camera was out of battery, and there wasn't enough sunlight to use my lightbox.
  13. Great Blacktron stuff! :)

  14. I haven't posted any MOCs yet! I was linking to someone else's Flickr. :P

Hopefully when I post some MOCs of my own, you'll like them all the same. :)

  15. Not my work, but I agree that they are great! :) I found them in the Mobile Frame Zero flickr group pool. ;) @Blacktron Can't wait to see some pics! :)
  16. I think all of those faces do work, definitely more modern. I was able to pick up a Space Police III Raid VPR this weekend from a Lego retailer! Only 13 bucks. :) Rench is mine! It's inspired me to revamp my favourite Blacktron II set, the Sub Orbital Guardian. I'll try to post pics soon! Any more progress on this? Or are you waiting for the competition to reveal more? Also, I thought these might interest you, not Blacktron per se, but same scheme you are going for: VX-33d "Pulsar" - Threatening Stance by LowestForm0fWit, on Flickr VX-Ω "Ecclesiarch" Mk.II - Gun Side by LowestForm0fWit, on Flickr VX-33d "Pulsar" - Sword Dancer Variant by LowestForm0fWit, on Flickr Watchers. 17. My Spyrius MOC is done, just need to snap the photos. Should be able to do that tomorrow. :)
  18. Awesome ship! I feel the same way about the yellow, swap it out for dark bley and this would be perfect! Where did you get all the dark blue? I am looking at ordering some sets on bricklink (sans minifigs), so if you have any kit suggestions, I'd love to hear them. :)
  19. Very cool! I will probably have something to upload very soon. :)
  20. So... is this still on, or what? :)
  21. is trying to figure out how his profile works on Eurobricks.

  22. Also, you mentioned categories? What are the categories you speak of?
  23. I am unfamiliar with how these work. How do rounds work? Do we make multiple MOCs? I just started building last night, and did a lot of work! But maybe I am doing it wrong.
  24. Got a link to your build? (BTW, sweet neo-blacktron mocs!)
  25. Well, I'm in, for sure. :)
