    I imagine the deli is true but will probably have another business/apartment in the 2nd or 3rd floor. The deli will have opportunities for detail.

    So, we think it's a corner building. It will certainly have lots of detail, interior and exterior as recent builds have been and almost certainly won't be a reproduction of a previous modular. Does anyone have any concrete info that gives clues as to what it will be next? And not just what you'd like it to be.

    I do love the figs but as vassal said, the build is the star. Too many superhero or sometimes SW sets have build features which are "straight in the box" aka I won't display them and then go I a box to be hidden until I need them. Lego is and should be about the building process. Would you buy any of the the superhero sets if they had classic faces? Anyway, off topic. I think it's too soon for a corner modular, but who knows. There are endless possibilities. Not literally.

    What do people think about the figs. I personally love the classic faces but I'm surprised lego haven't introduced their modern faces with pupils in the eyes and more varied expressions. Or are TLG worried about a backlash from older fans who the modulars are originally aimed at?

    http://www.brickset.com/news/article/?ID=3302 as always the australians have posted a "release" date for purchase. http://www.brickset.com/news/article/?ID=3302 should be available later this year according to an Australian Online retailer (see link above) I've wanted my own Spidey for ages I've always wanted Doc Ock too to go in my "lego movie villains" set currently including Voldermort, Darth Vader, Joker & Magneto
