I have been a big fan of LEGO for nearly 25 years now. My parents bought me a few sets when I was a kid to keep me quite in the store, but little did they know what it would become later in life!
I mainly played with Town and Space when I was a kid. Blacktron was one of my favorites. As for Town, anything with Police, Fire, or Racing was great. I loved the Shell (and later Octan) sets!
Then in the mid to late 90's, it all went dark. Chasing girls, playing soccer, and video games took over.
Then, in 2008, I found the Lego store at Disney World and fell in love all over again. While I nabbed a few sets from time to time during my dark years, this truly reawakened my passion for LEGO. My first set back was the Cafe Corner and that was it. While I love all my sets, I would say the modular sets are what I like the most and I truly have enjoyed seeing them evolve.
Now that I have daughters, I have gotten them into LEGO and I hope to continue sharing with them for years to come!
