Albert Einstein was never born, so the Nuclear Bomb was never created to stop the Japanese. So the U.S. invaded Japan... This little vig is about US Marines storming a Japanese outpost set up in a geisha house. Most of the Japanese Army has been wiped out. So an elderly Japanese WWI veteran guards the front entrance to the outpost.
