  1. Great review! Even if the plane could be more accurated is a nice set (the ice cream detail is a nice touch ) It's a pity it's just airlines promotional (I think I'll take plane these summer holidays... )
  2. Great work! I really like the entry stairs I have just bought that amazing set last week and I'm reconverting it into a modular style building too. This 4954 is just so useful for town MOCs!

    Eagle V

10/10 Wonderful work, I allways loved that ship in the movie, specially when they "jam" the radar
  4. Wow, that's a wonderful design, SirNadroj! It's a bit creepy but I think it perfectly illustrates the title. Real artistic work
  5. Great draw! Really like how you did the movement of the horse's legs
  6. Nice creation, looks very closer to the real uniforms Maybe the bandoleers in a darker colour would be better but it's a nice creation anyway
  7. Funny MOC! I really like how you did the water with all those white pieces, it gives to the work an impression of true life, and of course the display of MFs is, as allways in your MOCs is wonderful You did it again, mr. SlyOwl
  8. That's what I call an amazing work! I think everything goes perfectly here, the architecure of the hotel, the street furniture (the lamps! ), the subway, the cars, those beautiful stairs and, of course, the 30's MFs. A real inspiration for anyone building City/Town
  9. Wonderful entry! I really like how you used the "roaded" baseplate and how you did the exterior garden and the factory pipes BTW, you ALREADY have the fezs!
  10. I totally agree. I was thinking at doing the same
  11. Great review, for such an amazing set! It's a bit expensive but for the big amount of pieces (specially tan! ) is really a clever inversion In fact I bought it yesterday and I'm already preparing a modular style alternate model, I'll try to post it soon
  12. Wonderful review for a wonderful set, svelte corps! I think this City Corner set is going to become a classic one between the great hits of LEGO City/Town, not only because of the great look and new pieces but specially because of a long long awaited official element as the bus and the new civilian wave TLC is offering us, that make the nostalgic AFOLs remember the good old days... Anyway, I was very excited the first time I saw the prelim pics of this set (and the bus!) and I rapidly incorporated it to my 2009 want list, but now I can see a proper review with detailed shots I've decided not buying it (don't kill me, 7641 fans! let me explain myself!): in one hand we have one of the best City/Town sets TLC has released in the last years, I know, but in the other I find a serious lack of details in the buildings (interiors are not accurated at all like the bike "shop", the oven is a bit too simple, even for an official set...), the bus (I'm not a fan of the doors and I really think they could have used the interior space much better...), the baseplates (so small! ) and in the MFs (no new elements at all). I agree with all those saying that this 7641 is a "must have" and if you're beginning your LEGO City/Town collection it is an obligatory choice, but I really find it too childish (even for a set designed for children). I was saving a bit of money for buying it and incorporate it in the display I'm preparing (I'll post the LDD project anyway ) but I've decided to spend it in another building project (I'll also post pics ) I voted "Above Average" and if I would have it I'm pretty sure I would recommend it to anyone but for the moment I'm a bit disappointed with it Sorry TLC!
  13. I know you're going to be very busy but this is my SF: It's not so exciting as the others' SFs but I would be glad to have a draw from you
  14. Nice review, Cpt. Zuloo! I'm not a Train Lover and I think this is the first time I reply in a Train specific topic but I must say that after seeing this review I think this one is the beatifulest official train TLC has ever released Maybe I could begin become interested about trains...
  15. Wonderful work, as usual, Hound Knight! I really like the dynamic look you give to the MFs, maybe and admin should open a little library with your works or give you a "Lego Artist" Tag ? I know EVERYBODY does to you the same request but maybe someday you could draw my SF?
  16. I'm very sorry but I don't have that MF head Maybe you could propose another SF? There's just one BlueBard, I'm not so egocentric, don't worry Actually I'm in the BBQ party, and the guy in the roof is Posades' SF (even if we have the same head). In the lower floor I just put myself there for filling a bit the pic About the attic there's nothing there, just a support for the roof... but you gave me a wonderful idea for filling it. Thanks!
  17. As a Lego City lover I would vote for pigeons, sparrows, canaries, ravens and seagulls (Castle and Pirate fans would appreciate those ones ) but also for more dog races and squirrels
  18. Great little MOC! I really like the treeish colour scheme and those plate stairs

    MOC: Hot Dogs

Really funny! And lovely hot dog stand, I really like how you MODed the 8398 with that bycicle wheels
  20. All Lego heads have a stud in the top and a stud connection down, so I don't see any reason for care about stretching... As everybody has said I've a lot of them stored in that way and I've never noticed a stretch or anything weird
  21. By the way, in my last post about Al's Italian Food there was some people who asked for seeing their sig-fig in my next MOC but no one has sent me a pic or anything. I've just JimButcher, MacK and VBBN for the next one so if somebody else want to appear you can post a pic of your SF here or send me a message with
  22. Wonderful MOC, eti, I really like the school interiors and how you gave a nice atmosphere to the display just using primary colours
  23. Pretty design, I really like the balcony up the entrance I think it doesn't have to be necessarily a girl's home, for me it looks more like a wizard or a witch's one
  24. Beatiful design, and very relaxing! The interior is great too, specially the bathroom and the hall but for me the best part of this MOC is that interesting roof technique
  25. Beatiful taxi station, The Brickster, very "classic style" indeed with that primary colours everywhere and those good old printed bricks
