It's gorgeous. I am amazed, it's a stunning replica.

Very cool, one of the best gritty modulars I've seen. I'd love to see this between some other mocs, keep it up.

Delightful. I really like your repetition of themes on the facade, you kept the look cohesive while giving each floor distinctive flourishes. Can't wait to see what else you come up with.

Magnificent. That's all I got, keep it up.

New world record - the longest LEGO train track
SDH replied to Henrik Ludvigsen's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Good luck and Godspeed. Can't wait to see pics and video. Okay, I just looked at the proposed track layout, that is madness, I am beyond excited for you. -
Really funny scene. Love that forklift, cool use of flex tube on it.
-
I completely agree with you, and you might have an angle on bulk discounts.
-
Love the speakers. I would definitely tile the ground floor once you get a chance, I'd also add a couple 1x2 plates leading to the front door (if they'll fit). Looks nice, brick on!

Awesome solution for the throw rug.

Great lines, the cars look awesome.

I was gonna say that I can see using the 3 proportional connectors to power superlong trains that require 2 or more engines to pull. Now that I think about it you could just gang your cables on top of the unit. I doubt that they would make one with less outputs that much cheaper, most of their costs must be in the bluetooth receiver. We can dream though... I would love to see the unit you described, hopefully they find it worth their while to put one out.

Your style kills me. Keep making those beautiful cars. Love that you thought to put a transformer on the light pole, your attention to detail really sets you apart.

MOC Ferryboat Staeldiep

Looks great, I love seeing Technic parts used in Town style Mocs. You did an excellent job. The liftarm deck and ramps flows really well, better than any brickbuilt solution I could think of. -
MOCs: Pennsylvania RR K4s Class Steam Locomotives #3750 & #1361

I'm not much of a steam guy, but man, that valve gear looks sweet. Keep it up. -
The hands are one of my favorite parts of your build. They're kinda creepy in exactly the right way. Too bad you had a piece break though.
-
You are so clearly playing a different game than me, and making me want to use bad words on the forum, so just, wow.

Such a simple, elegant build. I love how your stuff isn't flashy, but true to sources, and your creative use of parts. Well done. One beef, your source pic for the sign is old, those prices are a buck a gallon low for Kroger now, and 2 bucks low for where I am in Seattle, WA, haha.

Like Rail Co said, nice job on brick building the front end, gives the truck a nice distinctive flavor. Any reason why you didn't put a back window in?

LDD MOCs: Original Disneyland 1955 Coaches, Freight Car, & Lilly B
SDH replied to Brickstarrunner's topic in LEGO Train Tech
These are coming along nicely. It'll be nice to see them in real brick. One suggestion, you might think about putting Red 1x1 plates in the holes in the stairs at the ends of your cars. I noticed that there's a red and green accent on the real cars and this might be a nice little touch. Any attempts to make the sliding doors on the Combine Car work? I know that stuff like that's a pain in LDD, the large wall elements capture the feel of the doors really well though. -
Love your style, those lamps in the bedroom are clever, never would have thought of that.
-
Rail Co, that train looks nice, should look even better stickered up. If you want to go with more realistic bogies take a look at Hoexbro's SNCF X3800. He has a really cool trick for what I'd call a falsely hidden bogie that has a more realistic look for low floor's and allows trains to corner. Definately take some pics once you get it built.

Here's the toilet and urinal I came up with for a MOC I'm planning. The toilet's a riff on a bunch of other designs I've seen. I had some trouble figuring out how to get from the bottom 1x3 plate to a smooth top, then I found the minifig tool which makes it seem like a public bathroom toilet, which ended up being perfect for the project. I'm still not sure if I'm completely satisfied with the urinal, I'd love to see some other people's takes on them. BTW, Parrothead Rasmus I really like your toilet, good classic design.

I love the SNOT work on this. Your train looks awesome.
