I download some design from the internet or make my own. The size i take from http://jpgerdeman.github.io/minifig-svg-decals/decals/elements/shields/index.html or http://www.minifigcustomizationnetwork.com/templatecentral to make the original Design. Then use PTS, corel or paint to make my own :). Then i save the file and take it to the Print to print them on silk :)

Sorry, i dont sure about that Sin'dorei emblem. I dont remember anything, i made that shield on June, and so many works make me busy to remember, I download that decal because its beautyfull and good to compare with the Conquistador serie 8 :).
