"Some jerk in Heroica?" "Douchebaggery?" Seriously? I mean, was that really necessary? Honestly, just because you're a mod/admin, it shouldn't mean that you can just say whatever you want about people and the games they play, especially when all they've done 'wrong' is try to make their signatures less cluttered. And how uncalled for is it for you to call palathadric "stupid" just because he uses Brickshelf instead of Flickr? He was asking if his signature was okay, not what you thought of his website preference.

"So, uh, a-any suggestions on where we can put th-this... thingy?"

Olinn sets up his makeshift root-tripwire-thingy in anticipation for the next batch of stupid canines.

Oh right; I made Olinn hold the other one, for now at least, if someone else wants it.

Olinn, huffing and puffing after his first battle, looks down at the scratch marks on his chest. Yeauch. Then, remembering his duty as party leader, keeps one venom to himself and gives the other to Erdathcath, gives Tomas one of the Daggers, and gives a bone each to Hoke and Sylph. "...I-Is that fair? I-I've never had to make decisions like this before... " Olinn also applies his venom to his arrows, in preparation for the next battle.

As the wolf slices Olinn's skin, he feels an emotion he had only heard about before; RAGE! Infuriated, Olinn fires off another arrow at the remaining dire wolf from the big-megablocks, conveniently-placed rock.

Olinn shoots Pup B from the back row (yes, on the rock). OOC: Sorry, I forgot about the battle order. I guess it should just be the same order as last time for now.

Sparky hisses loudly as the giant canines approach, and Olinn fires an arrow at Direwolf Pup A from the back row. "N-nice d-doggy..?"

Olinn decides to use the posts to tie the tripwire to.

I'm really excited to be on my first quest. Hopefully my questmates will be effective meat shields!

"Hmm... wh-where do you guys think we sh-should put this?" Olinn asked, dangling the root-rope he made while Sparky swatted at it playfully.

Olinn looks around for any springy roots or something similar to make a tripwire from.

OOC: I guess so, if everyone else is okay with it.

"I-I suppose it would be good t-to test out my new bow..."

Olinn found himself suddenly grinning, something he didn't normally do, least of all in the company of others. He stopped grinning, however, when he realised that the potion merchant had still not told them what he wanted in return for the items. He raised an eyebrow at the man as his cat Sparky sniffed his feet. OOC:

"I guess so", Olinn whispered, but he still wasn't so sure. Then again, these were veteren fighters he was questing with; they'd know all about how to deal with the problems of the outside world.

Olinn winced slightly as the words left Slyphs' lips; 'Arrangement'? That didn't sound good to him. The fact that he'd been given the task of leading this party through the unknown was bad enough, without having to do favours for random strangers aswell"

Olinn observed the map of the surrounding area of Aedranad intently, the quietly addressed the party. "If we exit the city here, a-and go through the... *gulp* ...g-g-graveyard, then we c-could see if this "San's Tri Potion Shop" sells w-what we need a l-lower price."

"O-Ok, let's go, s-see if we can find anything cheaper..."

"Y-yes, we should p-probably see if we can get th-these things for as low a p-price as possible..."

Personally, I agree completely with the free XP being too much. I didn't want to say anything before, but since someone brought it up... Anyway that's just me...

"I-I have no idea..." Olinn replied, obviously out of his depth with this.

"So, uh... we should go to the m-market now, then?"

Olinn evenly distributes the passes and coins amongest the five (1 pass and 30 coins to each person, in other words).
