  1. All I can say is the boxes will be available in LEGO USA stores March 10th for PURCHASE, the pictures are correct based on pictures I have seen, of physical boxes. Not sure why they are being so hush hush. BUT HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS. 140 USD is the price I was told by the LEGO Stores!!!!!!
  2. Female mini-figs even!! WOW 2007 was looking kinda sparse for female mini-figs!! And to set records straight, at least here in USA/CAnada, it's a LEGO Store only, Shop@home only item. Not available through standard dealers. Unknown if TRU/Target get any access or not yet. Europe is always a bit different, I know in Germany everyone gets pretty well everything.
  3. For sure, anything beyond the MTT, JSF/ring, and naboo fighter sets, are LEGO exclusives, but may also appear at Target/TRU (at least in USA) since quite often they are not 100% exclusive, the other 2 chains seem good a twisting LEGO's arm into a getting access to some of them.
  4. As the subject says ' in USA/Canada' is the only claim I am making. Not sure if they are starting some across the board price increases, just certain items, no idea. Heck a pack of road plates is now 18 CAD? WOW!!!!!
  5. And you want to start saving for 2008 now too!! I have heard from sources that 2008 line up is really nice, they think better than 2007 even. SO SAVE UP BIG TIME! No details at all, just a general feeling they had that it was a really good lineup.
  6. Wow, got some news that 10 sets have jump 30-50% in price on shop@home, and sure enough a number of city sets, including police motorcycle, police car, small fire car, big construction crane, XXL crane, all jumped in price, kinda scary!!! I really want to know what's so precious about the new 700 piece and 2000 XXL tubs that warrants 45 USD/65 CAD prices. at our store we still have a 2000 tub for 45 CAD. LEGO loses market share/screws up production/distribution and due to lack of stock/has to make more on each item to have enough cash flow? Just my 2 cents/worth even less.
  7. Personally I don't care if people don't believe, I post what I can and they can do what they want. No skin off my nose, but for sure LEGO over here is very particular about usage of photos. I know a number of ebay sellers told to stop using shop@home photos, scanned photos from catalogs etc. In theory you have to create your own if you want to display anything on web sites etc, UNLESS YOU GET PERMISSION and it's not easy!! The scarecrow set looks like just plane and helicopter with some 'fear gas' bombs. But the sad thing is in the riddler set the gates and one tower overlooking it, is all that's left of the grand buildings/things behind the gates. So basically the supports for the gates with a technic cannon are about it. I figured it's better to think they are gone, and SHOULD THEY CHANGE THINGS all the better. But to expect the riddler buildings and then find them gone at the end is really frustrating!!
  8. The chum bucket preliminary pics show a 1/2 bucket and it does include a decent looking hand holding up the bucket handle. It has various figs/robot creations. Boating school does have a Mrs Puff. along with sponge bob.
  9. The catalog says 16 regular battle droids, 2 red security battle droids, 2 blue pilot battle droids, and a destroyer droid. BUT it can always change. Our pictures of the batman/riddler set lost quite a bit from the European catalog someone scanned.
  10. The point is I like to buy my LEGO directly as a dealer, and am not going to risk that by scanning photos from a book that specifically says you are not allowed too. So excuse me!
  11. I checked the back of the book and it says The information in this publication, including packageing design and features, textual content or any other aspect may be provisional, and thus subject to change with prior notice. AND all images are the property of the LEGO Group and cnannot be reproduced for any purpose without permission. AND that's probably on the back of any dealer catalog ANYONE HAS BEEN SCANNING FROM!!
  12. Well it looks like the final count of droids is '20' droid, and 1 droideka!! WOW that's alot of figs for any set, thanks LEGO!!!!!
  13. OH NO, I have seen some pictures now where Riddle's hideout is NOTHING BUT THE GATES!! All the nice details/money machine behind the gates are gone!!!!!!
  14. OUCH DARN, it looks like the cement mixer, gas station, and train station may not be coming to North America. AGH!!!!!
  15. And it looks like a Big Rig/Truck 4955 is coming as well, not quite model team, but a decent truck.
  16. And it seems there is a off-road truck 8273 coming as well, looks kinda like an off-road tree lifter truck, with self contained crane, maybe a brick delivery truck style as well.
  17. They are actually 65229/65230 co-packs, but contain all 6 RAHKSHI bionicle sets, so 8587-92 in essensce. So it's 120 complete sets of Rahkshi, for less then 1/2 the USA MSRP price. The free shipping offer is only for USA/Canada, but I am sure we can work something out for elsewhere if needed.
  18. Final price offer of 25 USD, shipped to your door, after this they go into some cheap off-site storage I have for a few more years of 'aging like a fine wine'.
  19. With the books/movies getting pretty 'dark/non-kids oriented' LEGO probably has to release something, so castles/core things can at least still make sense to release, without releasing tons of new stuff.
  20. Had a few interested parties, mostly financing fell through, so probably smaller sellers. These are complete sets of the rahkshi so 8587-92 I may sweeten the pot but make the 'sale' bigger. Basically adding some more stuff like Vahki, Visorak, Rahaga etc. We are thinning out some of our over stocks of Bionicles since they were mostly bought to sell on eBay, and we do not sell on eBay anymore, but they fetch decent prices. heck I even have some Bohrok, Toa Nuva coming in from overseas, so more older bionicles available.
  21. Canadian pricing for the new HP castle (and I was told it's a smaller castle) is 120 CAD, so I would see USD being in the 80-90 USD range probably
  22. This is a bulk sale, ALL 120 sets to one buyer so don't ask me to split it up please. 27 USD, which is 1/2 the USD original retail, shipped to your door, 12 HUGE BOXES!!! This is the last chunk of a pile that we had in our warehouse and our needing that space for something else at this point, so this is a superb deal for anyone in USA or Canada. (Canadians will have GST/HST and or PST added as needed)
  23. Good question on crash/burn KK2, not much actually, I gotta dig through and see what will be available, we have 3 4' wide shelves, stacked 8' tall of crash/burn stuff. I'll pick through and price some of it up.
  24. We will be open Friday 29th 10-4 and Saturday 30th 9:30-4:30 10% off all regular priced merchandise 5% off all discounted stock AND WE STILL HAVE TONS OF STOCK!!! Not like most retailers who are picked to the bones by now!! We even have 6211 left, that people did not pickup and had reserved. AND we hopefully will have alot of our 'crash and burn' stock out with 'final price' stickers, which is basically stock damaged on it's way to us and we take 10-20% off the prices for damaged boxes, some really neat finds in there including some 4511 trains, even a TECHNIC towtruck I think. We keep our damaged stock on a special shelf so we don't send anyone expecting a mint box a dinged one at all, so maybe time to move some of that to avid fans!!!
  25. Well I ended up not being around for Greg's whole visit to the store, but all I heard was rave reviews. Quite a few people browsing his original artwork folder doing oohs/aahhs, almost need a video camera to do the visit justice. HOPEFULLY we didn't totally wipe him out, it looked like he had fun, and lots of artwork spread around.
