  1. Very good mods! The fire brigade with an additional floor looks really good I remember your huge project, if the buildings will be this size your layout will be really wonderful And that butcher’s shop with that nice plate’s work looks really promising…
  2. Very good job , your modular has really a great facade and the dark tan roof goes well with it
  3. Great! Now I have to study how you made all that bloody mass..
  4. Thanks to all for the nice comments! They are trying to run away after seeing the massacre of their fellows, so someone is scared, someone has the only will to return home, someone is very tired... well at least this was my intention You are right, consider it a touch of realism I’d love to see more roman-themed mocs, hope to have time and bricks to contribute in some way…
  5. Hi everyone, It's an idea spinning in my head for a while looking at my 5 legionaries, so here it is: September 9 AD, legionaries escaping from the slaughter ongoing in the Teutoburg forest: Unfortunately they will not do a long way... Hope you like this little scene! Bye Cunctator
  6. Thanks to everyone! I’m glad you liked it! Yes I built an extra floor on the market street with a terrace on top. I agree with you that with an extra floor it looks better For the space I’m currently in a negotiation phase with my wife I’ve an idea to raise the city in order to have a train running below, but I’m still not sure if it will look better in this way
  7. Layout Layout updated with town hall! I like the variation in height it gives in the line of modulars, I also built it two studs back to have more sidewalk. Bye Cunctator
  8. Really great! I would love to have this masterpiece exposed on a shelf in my studio. If you put it on Cuusoo, you will have for sure my support!
  9. Good Job ! The color combo dark green and light grey is great. The back side is really nice
  10. Ciao dosto_tube Benvenuto su EB!
  11. Good job as usual cimmdwic, I also think it is more proportioned now respect to the original. Will it be the center of your town?
  12. Thanks dede_la_fee, feel free to "steal"! I'd like to show you my newspaper stand inspired by the one from lgorlando with almost no stickers except for the ones from 10184 town plan My modular version of Borgin and Burke's: Modular version of cinema and service station from town plan: And firefighters at work!
  13. Simple but very effective design
  14. Beautiful building: it’s really a pleasure to look at its elegant architecture I also had a look to your layout plan: it is magnificent and on different levels! For sure there will be a lot of inspiration (I’m also considering to raise my city in order to have a train running below…)
  15. Wow lots of comments! I think 4 years. The paint I used is the chalkboard paint that is a bit expensive but I like very much the final result, it seems really asphalt and you could use the chalks on it, for example, for street signs: one of these days I should try what is the effect. Thanks to everybody for the nice comments and feedback! I'm glad you also find ideas for your city Now I should find some space for the new town hall: very likely the modded winter toy shop will be removed to make room...
  16. Layout Hi, I did some addition to my town layout and I thought to share with you some photos As you will see it’s a combination of official sets here and there modded with some moc building Let’s start with an overview Here a modular version of the Gringott's bank: My last modulars in line Little church as town center Bakery shop + flower shop + italian embassy! Medieval part of the city Train shed and station Here the last additions: a taller version of big ben tower from car's set big bentley and the adjacent white modular. The other two modulars instead were the 1st ones I built In my Brickshelf Gallery you will find the evolution of this city with further photos Hope you enjoyed them and thanks for watching!
  17. Great building! Full of details to look at, my favourite one, but just for the moment , is the internal balcony within the round tower
  18. Wow it’s perfect! The escalator is the best I’ve ever seen in lego form. Hope to see, soon or later, the real one in Stockholm..
  19. Great modular courthouse! I like the architecture, the level of details of the interiors, the skylights, the cheese sloped floor, etc etc.. The second photo is really spectacular
  20. Very good job lightningtiger, I like very much the details and specially the stickers: they raise the bar of your creations! Sooner or later I will have to print some stickers for my city, 1st step buy a printer!
  21. All the buildings are very nice, but the one with round towers is very original, good job
  22. Yes and the name of the teacher is Mrs Rottermaier Thanks to all, I'm glad you appreciated the colour scheme
  23. I like how it turned out considering the limited part availability. In particular I like the sign with gold plates . As soon as you will tile the footpath the global look will improve.
  24. Thanks! Actually in the classroom of my son they have a multimedia blackboard, his father is a bit old-fashioned… Old-fashioned as the real one. Ground floor is rather bare for the moment, just a toilet for the kids under the stairs. Work in progress! Thanks, I might consider your suggestion Thanks lightningtiger! Thanks Vincent, very appreciated by a master of modulars! Thanks! Thanks Alois, I try always not to overload with too much details Thanks Jack! Thanks Brickmambaaa! Thanks! I love dark red even if, in this case, probably the “bugnato” was better in tan color. Thanks LT12V. Probably is the same comment that my son does when he enters that large entrance of his school
  25. B-OM-13B Hi all, Another modular: this time a school! In this week I did an interior so I will show you facade + some interior: This one is more near to the italian style and, more or less, is similar to the one where my son goes. I have seen better interior here on EB anyway here it is: Enjoy it and if you pass from here, leave a comment! Bye Cunctator
