Well, here they are.... I hope it was the right section of the forum to place them. *sweet* Hope you enjoy them: The Penguin, Raven and Doris: Some cop (originally Bullock :-) ), Gordon, Montoya: Some Arkham doctors: The Mad Hatter & The Riddler (inspired by THE BATMAN): Johnatan Crane (inspired by Batman: Begins): Poison Ivy: Maxie Zeus: Mr. Freeze: Harvey Dent with thugs: Harvey Dent, just after the break from Arkham: Robin & Nightwing: Some gotham celebrities: The trio: The trio unmasked: The Grand Penguin Army! XD Your comments are welcome, as usual, gentlemen! )

Gentlemen! This is my first MOC on this forum, so I hope you won't judge it too strictly.... :-) It is a dwarven scout balloon, that is operated by an engineer. It can also carry two dwarven riflemen. :-) I shall be mostly grateful for your comments.... :-)

Or an ice-cream! )))) :-)

First of all, I'd like to thank Sam for finding the pics.... *y* But.... Well.... I'm a bit confused and disappointed. I do realise that those pics are preliminary and (hopefully) there's a long way still to go, but... The only positive thing I see in those sets is Harley. *wub* And, perhaps, Robin's vehicle.... Batbuggy: It has such an impulse/battle-packish look... :-X I really hate Freeze's cart. It seems that he had no money to buy a good one.... (And now he's de facto is the only villain (Apart from Ivy) without any normal vehicle! ) Robin Sub: Robin's jet is OK, but the color scheme IMHO should have been darker.... As for my submarine..... Perhaps, I was not sober enough when I painted a face on it. |-/ Batcycle: I love Haley and her truck. That thing can really squash bats and I guess it's fun to buld. Oh, and the truck's "Harley"-colors are really nice.... ) Tumbler: The Tumbler is nice and, as said before, fits the scale, but.... Well, I've always thought that Batman should use batmobile, not some tank-like thing.... I will definately get the whole line and my thanks to TLC for it, but I hope that the second line will give us more characters and less vehicles....

Yes.... It seems that this Wich used to be some fair Princess who was not saved by a knight.... ) >:-)

Well, for me an armored skeleton was never a general, but some kind of an elite footman.... ) >:-)

Thank you! )

Wow! ) I really like you Riddler. He's awsome! *wub* Speaking of bowler hat.... TLC should make it! It would be great for such themes as CITY, BATMAN, or other.... (Nah.... Dreaming again....) Again, great MOC-s! ) :-) Yours faithfully,

Lucky you! :-D They don't have S@H here in Russia, not to mention that there is no tic-tac-toe.... But the figs themselves are avaible for 2-3$ each.... So, it turns out that it's not very expensive, is it? Yours faithfully,
-
If TLC follows our suggestions here, gentlemen, we might soon get dark villagers-elves with pitchforks, having their huts in forest. :-D I personally voted for elves. I'd love to see them! But I hope that TLC won't ruin balance (I mean humies vs undead, dwarves vs trolls), and we shall get elves vs evil humans! )

Well.... The minifigs are great (especially the spider-villain *wub* ) but the rest of the theme..... Oh-h-h.... I really don't like the vehicles here.... Alpha team is back, worse than ever.... |-/

Hailfire & Spider droids pic review (7670)
The Penguin replied to xwingyoda's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The wheels can move but the tracks are a bit.... well.... unstable..... And they can't turn, unfortunately. BTW, great review, thanks! ) Yours faithfully, -
I must apologize, gentlemen, if that topic has already been discussed. But on the advent calendar of this year I have noticed a fig, which looks like a wich to me.... (She's throwing lightning bolts at a troll-warrior....) Who can she be anyway? :-)
-
Thank you very much! I'm mostly flattered by you kindness! ) Thanks, I have already started "enjoing" thanks to your posts here, gentlemen! )

No doubt! )

The Pie-plane Bi-plane
The Penguin replied to Lord Of Pies's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
X-D Really amusing! ) I liked especially the photo where your minifig is throwing pies.... *sweet* (You reminded me of long-forgotten Batman villain - Simon The Pieman! :-D ) Thanks! ) 10/10 Yours faithfully, -
Batbrick's Bat-minifig Artwork!
The Penguin replied to Batbrick's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Wow! I really liked your work! ) Thanks.... ) But only one question: Where's The Penguin?! :'-( :-D X-D -
You can see some of my custom-made minifigs here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=290639 :-$ My signature is based on two quite different Penguin quotes: From Batman Returns and The Batman :-X In BR he said: "A peguin is a bird that cannot fly! I'm a man! I have a name...." While in The Batman he said: "A penguin is flightless bird, but sure with style...." So I changed the two quotations a bit and that's how i got my usual signature! *sweet* ) P.S. I must apologize for not sighning the photos in my gallery, but I'm sure most characters identity is quite obvious.... ) (A man with beard is Maxie Zeus. XD)

Sure they do! ;-) ) I have ALL batman sets, that've been released, though in Russia Arkham and Batcave are not available.... |-/ Again I was saved by Bricklink.com! :-D And thanks to TLC, nowadays CITY-sets require just minor alterations to look just-for-Batman-and-Gotham-made. )

7424 Review: Dragon Fortress
The Penguin replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I see.... Thank you.... ) Here, it's about 200 USD :-X I'd better order it then.... ) -
It seems that TLC is not willing to make any non-vehicle sets, so I think that we should expect them to make as many sets, as Batman has different vehicles left.... :-)
-
Thank you! Hello! )

7424 Review: Dragon Fortress
The Penguin replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thank you a lot for such an interesting and informativ review! ) Only yesterday I was wondering if to buy this set or not.... (It's still available in Russia....) But it is quite pricey. Could you tell me the price, you got it for? Gust for me to compare.... :-) Thank you. Yours faithfully, -
X-D Thanks! ) Hello! )

Yes, I know him. (Not personally, though.) He's quite an active Lego-fan and de-facto is a leader of the russian fan-community. I'm not giving any links to avoid advertisement, but I can assure you that he is really a nice person. Speaking of availability of Legos in Russia, I can say, that, indeed, the variety of sets in Russia is small and it seems that is deminishing.... :-( As a person who can see the situation "from inside" I can say that is quite strange, judging by the fact that more and more Russians are willing to buy Lego.... But anyway it's for TLC to decide.... ) Well, as fo me.... My mother is fron GB, while my father is from Russia. ) I've lived in GB for quite a long time, but then came to Russia to study here.... :-) Yours faithfully,
