  1. Every game should just have Lost references. They'd be way cooler that way.
  2. The three looked at each other. They didn't seem to be buying it. Unfortunately, as charming as Ellaria could be, she did not have that convincing aura of a Knight. The pirates stepped closer. "Hey, I recognize her from the ship, right before the storm!" said the first man. "She was fighting off the Boatswain with a few others." "Heeheehee! The bosses will be so happy to see we've taken care of their little problem, once and for all!" the woman giggled. The pirates drew their weapons, and prepared to attack Ellaria. The rest of the party had no choice but to spring from their hiding place to help the cleric. Atramor used his Cloak of the Elven Spy, but it did not matter since the enemies were already upon them. 3. Hm. Well, if Patrick is telling the truth, and so is the investigator, Nadir is all for testing the results. Nadir agrees with Jennifer, it is dangerous for one person to be holding all the cards (regardless of alliance), and, as Gordon said, highly unlikely. Really, which eleven people actually went to Mehmet to reveal their role? Did switching the vote so many times make him trustworthy?
  4. "Agreed. They may even hold the keys we're looking for." Hybros wondered if the pirates had felt wrongly invaded by the heroes. They had it coming, by stealing from everyone, but did that make them so different from anyone else in Eubric? It seemed that every house was trying to out do their rivals. The heroes, it seemed, were often asked to compete against other houses. So was Heroica actually doing good, or was it just fueling the fire?
  5. Exactly what was running through my head when viewing these. They're cool and all, but really not worth paying anything for. Putting a price on something like this (a high one at that) just defeats the purpose and the effect. Plus it's not something most anyone else could do. Ah well. Thanks for sharing grogall, they were nice to look at.
  6. North, and North again. Just before the party arrives they can hear voices talking behind the dense foliage. They peek around and see two rugged looking men and a woman. They don't seem to notice the party. "...the bosses are not happy," says one of the men. "Best to do just stay outta their way," says the other. "Shh! Listen!" says the woman. She listens for any movement, and then spots Ellaria's flaming staff. "There! Who goes there?" she demands. How will the party respond?
  7. Jen said it. Nadir has already said that. Here: And then you said it was you with the info. So Nadir thought you knew someone that claimed to be both a virgin and have an action. Now Nadir understands that what Jen was saying was hypothetical. A miscommunication. So, if you believe Superman, is there anything else to go on? (Nadir isn't doing the old "so any leads?", it's an honest question.)
  8. Dwellington, I believe you also start with a potion. Yup, Diamonds and Amethysts are definitely the rarest ones (they're the only two that didn't appear at Elphaba's). I would also choose Amethyst because like Doc said, most of the enemies are humanoids. But you'd be screwed if you came across an undead monster.
  9. So... are you going to reveal who this liar is, Mehmet? You know, the one who claimed to be both a virgin and have a night action? Or are you still working that out with said person?
  10. QM Note: I am directionally challenged. I meant to say the compass points West. Assuming you're going to still follow the compass, I'll just go ahead and send you that way for now. The party follows the compass West, which leads to another clearing. The party recognizes it from the scorched trees - this is where they fought the Phoenix. The paths available are Northeast, South, and North.
  11. QM Note: I will let you know if you find anything.
  12. Settle. Nadir thought he was quoting you. Information overload.
  13. "Erdathcath... we've already explored this floor fully, besides the areas behind locked doors. We can go upstairs, downstairs, or fight the toughest pirates that we've encountered already." "As I've already said, I think we should explore more of the ground floor, past the dining hall."
  14. The party heads Northwest, and the path splits three more ways: West, East, and Southwest. The compass points East.
  15. Well if you think that is basis enough for a lynch, then Nadir thinks you should reveal that person. As far as something like that, Nadir has not received any messages claiming to be both a Virgin and having a night action. From what's been said since Day 1, it seems that being virgin also entails that one is night action-less. That would make sense to Nadir since vanilla flavored people would be the ones in the cross-hairs, freeing up those with other roles. This may be our best lead. Nadir believes this Superman's story, since Nadir is sure we've all put ourselves in the shoes of someone who forgot to perform their action. Besides, Superman could've just claimed to target someone he didn't if he was a Cultist.
  16. Alexis looks at her compass, which points Northwest.
  17. The party looks around, and sees that there are actually two more paths, Northwest and Southwest. Oops.
  18. QM Note: Notice how it said that it's up to the Party Leader to decide how to divide the loot. Alf found it for story purposes. @Masked: Alexis gets to keep it since she dug it up, unless you want to give it to someone else.
  19. "I think we have everything we need. It seems like we suddenly have a need to find this Legonardo," Hybros said, finally recalling where he had heard the name before. "I do wonder why the Ji Pei have chosen to work with Jolly Roger, though." "If there's nothing anyone else wants to do here, I will try to pick the bronze lock on the door at the end of the hall. If that doesn't work, I think it might be a good idea to explore the ground floor more thoroughly."
  20. OOC: Sorry! I forgot to dust the baseplate before taking the pictures. Alexis digs and finds nothing. The party then heads Southeast. Alf again does his customary search, and this times finds two Remedies. The source is again unknown to the Barbarian. Party Leader, how will the loot be divided? 2x Remedy "Bwahah! With all of these items showin' up, methinks thar might be other folk on the island with us!".
  21. Never would've thought of that use for the Ventress head. Nice one!
  22. What a ridiculous idea, who would ever play this? Yeah, haven't played in a few years and it sounds like a lot has changed. For beginniners, like Doc said it's best to stay in a pack and try to get as many potions as you can (I wouldn't worry too much about the magic potions or tonics or whatever their called, your MP regenerates fast enough). It's mostly hit and run, so dodge as much as possible and don't worry about hitting the enemy so much as staying away from them. When fighting the Mad God, hide and shoot in random directions. Steal the loot from dead players. Rangers, Rogues, or Mages are definitely the best classes for beginners.
  23. Good to see you back, Etzel. Also good to see the quest moving again, and Cronk is Level 15 now!
  24. Hybros whispers in Christopher's ear. "Ask her who this Legonardo is. Is he working for Jolly Roger?".
  25. That was actually supposed to be the effect of the Phoenix's row position in Quest 18, but I forgot. To clarify, ranged attacks were only supposed to do half damage to the phoenix since the phoenix was in it's back row as well. Now if a non-ranged class (take Atramor) would've attacked the phoenix from the back row, his damage to the bird would have been quartered.
