"Now I am getting the hang of it again. I shall attack the Bioluminescent Mopag Scorpion from the back row." -

"With all due respect, cleric, maybe I should focus my attack on the bird of prey as I am one of the few able to and also because my magic has little effect on vermin. So unless told otherwise, I shall attack Mopag Bird of Prey from the back row." -

"This is true. I was raised in a village surrounded by forest and swampland. From a young age I remember I always had a natural connection with plant life and this ability has been strengthened and controlled over time. I have had my emerald for as long as I can remember." -

"Calm down, Master Shawe. I was simply assessing the surroundings and looking for a shortcut to present itself. It seems the path we are following is indeed the quickest route." "Congratulations on your improved power, Master Nihai. The risk was indeed worth taking." -

"Go ahead, Master Nihai. We have remedies and potions should anything unfortunate happen. Let us hope the content's effect is a positive one." "Now I try using my emerald to clear a path as we travel through the forest." -

"Hmm, perhaps I could indeed use my emerald to clear this foliage aside and create a clear path through. I shall try at once." "Is this something we must do each night? I'm guessing not as we all seemed to prepare quickly for the battle a few nights past." "We could try opening it or using the contents in some way. Find out what it looks/smells like. If not, the Party Leader should keep it safe until later." -

"Apologies, friends. This battling takes some getting used to after so many years of living peacefully. I am not a young man anymore! I assume we plan to just continue our journey through the forest once the healing has been done?" OOC: I don't think it is wise to merely hand out items as rewards to those who fight well. It is after all just based on the roll of a die. Don't get me wrong, I'm not greedy and I don't want the items. I just think that items that need to be used during a battle, for example, shouldn't be given to the strong fighters who need to spend their turns healing or using remedies rather than attacking. -

"My thoughts exactly! Attack Mopag Mutant Swordsman from the back row." EDIT: Swordsman rather. -
Hehe. Some tunes you just gotta play loudly to really appreciate. It seems we ain't having a whole lotta luck with this investigation. The microwave situation sounds odd. I'd like to ask the cops here what they know about the microwave.

"We are travelling in search of dangerous people. The more perilous corners of the map are perhaps the most likely to contain such dangers. Though a good strategy is the key, being brave and visiting these areas should be our goal." -

"And what else did you find on your journey there, may I ask? Could you possibly share your knowledge of these Lion Knights with us?" "I think that would be a wise idea, young cleric. Possibly a trip through the Brobric Pass also. De'kra voiced similar opinions to my own earlier when he pointed out that the Pass would be a suitable place for an ambush. Maybe it is worth an investigation, should we still be searching for information after our travels into the nearby forest." -

No time like the present. Let us ask him what he knows about the dagger. By the way, Mr Shawe, before I forget to ask, where did you say the dagger was found? Whereabouts was this wrecked caravan? -

"[Yawn] Sorry friends, I was deep in sleep." Ad-Hoh rises and lifts his staff high, ready to attack the thief from the back row. -
"I agree. I think we should head over to the police station."

"Greetings friends. It's an honour to serve with the likes of you as we travel forth to bring these bandits to justice." Being the spiritual and learned mage he is, Ad-Hoh approaches the slection of staves the Shadeux House have provided. He draws a long black pole encrusted with tiny red gems near the top and base, with small bat wings surrounding the hole in which gems are fitted. He places his emerald there and hides his own staff up his sleeve where it disappears. "This finely-crafted stave shall serve me well in my coming quest." Ad-Hoh begins to study the map and formulate a plan... -
I'll have a nosy around inside the Chief's closet.
-
I recall the person who spoke to the liquor store owner said that he said that it was surprising the Chief was alone, and that he seemed to be a regular. Did he usually visit the shop with someone else?
-
Ain't it implied that the gash on the Chief's head and the cracks in the fountain were the result of an impact of the two? It's on his forehead. I saw it when they moved his body.

What a terrible thing to happen in our peaceful town. I've never read about anything like this happening here before. Mom, I'm scared. I'd like to have a look around for trails of blood or blood-covered objects (maybe in a nearby trashcan) while I keep outta the way.

The Penguin's SW minifigures..... )
ADHO15 replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Just fantastic part, Penguin! Every fig is beatifully detailed. I particularly like Dobby's ears on a normal head to make Piell. Divo also looks excellent. Really well done! -
Steve's charming, that's why you're so madly in love with him. Lucky Flitwick.
-
Ugh! You two are like sooo embarrassing. (Just getting into character )

OMG, you're so lame, dad. Nobody wants to buy a pet; they're boring. I'm taking my board down to the pool now. See ya.

Good day, young Elf. I come from the Pantanan swamps far away in the west, beyond the town of Drandora. After my race was wiped out by bandits and our villages destroyed, I decided to travel east in search of a new purpose; and here I am. What is your story? I have considered the Quest Board and it seems there is a need for mages such as I in Quest #4 so I offer up my staff for that.

"Greetings all. It has taken several weeks but I have finally arrived in Eubric Freeport and I lend my skills to this noble organisation that vows to maintain peace and justice throughout this world. I am Ad-Hoh and I have ventured from yonder swamps in the Far West by land and by sea and am eager to get settled and begin assisting my fellow heroes."
