All I can say is: BIOMECHANICAL. DINOS. IS. EPIC. WIN. And now people are crying over BIONICLE ending after the things they said about the sets being suckish. Ah well, maybe later when Greg wants to do a Bota Magna story then we might get to see the dinos! Or maybe half-Glatorian, half-dinos.
-
How could anyone think those f***ing MegaBlok figures are BIONICLE's replacement? People are so dumb these days.
-
{screams like a fangirl seeing Robert Pattinson} OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!! I'M IN LOVE WITH THAT POSTER!!!!!!
-
So a Toa of Psionics can make living creatures think that she's invisible, but she's useless against A.I.. Still cool.

ROS seems like the good place, considering the fact that there's gonna be a battle in Teridax/MN's head right now. And Brutaka-dermis (Brutaka affected by protodermis) will probably go on about the GBs and the things they have done in the past. And Iron Tribe for the win. I know there has to be a reason with the Iron Man heads and stuffs. Because the GBs are fans of Iron Man, and they decided to have a tribe named after him.
-
I'm really hoping to see a Toa of Psionics next year. And we're getting a mini-serial??? YAY! A chance to see more of Sahmad (and possibly Telluris)!

1) You'll find out when it comes out in a few weeks 1a) Yes 2) Yes 2a) Feb. or March 3) GN #8 and #9, #9 will be the 2009 comics collected. Otherwise, correct 4) Yes 4a) Yes Not much, just something I've been wondering. Of course, the Golden Hau thing is new.

Yeah, kinda like in 2007 when they accidentally slipped Karda Nui in BIONICLEStory.com.
-
At least Nektann's name is mentioned in the description.
-
Ah c'mon, isn't anyone here a fan of rap-rock?
-
So now Creeping In My Soul is also a single on iTunes. The new version is a bit different from the original version. And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Hope they'll make a music video for this. Speaking of which, does anyone have an HQ version of Bye Bye Babylon music video to download?
-
After reading Nektann's description, I can't help but thinking: Gresh vs. Nektann. 1-on-1. The Rookie Veteran vs. The Brute.
-
Skrall get shadow powers? Now that's interesting. Oh yeah, a certain news that everyone should know by now: no more sets will be made after the Stars. Story will continue, but set won't.
-
That's a great way to have Lhikan as a Stars set to represent 2004, the first year we have projectile weapons and canister sets with almost full articulation. All we need left are his 2 giant swords/shield/hoverboard. And golden feet.

So, aside from the fact that Mata Nui will control the proto-bot, any interesting infos in here? I heard somewhere saying that Surel and Gelu used to be best friends, plus some other stuffs. -
The Avohkii issue isn't that big of a deal to me. We've seen a lot of that before with the old sets. The only thing that Takanuva Stars bothers me is the weapons. I mean, with a little modification, LEGO could give Takanuva his old Staff of Light. But they had to go with 2 Solek swords with long handles. And obviously, the old gold does not fit Takanuva Stars well. And no one has answered my question yet. Exactly how movable is the Rahkshi Stars' head? Toaraga's review makes it seems like it's very limited.
-
One thing I've been wondering: is the Rahkshi's head movable? 'Cause Toaraga's review kinda implies that it's pretty limited movement.
-
This is EXACTLY why I'm so going to mod Takanuva Stars with a Staff of Light when I get him. Really, 2 swords? LEGO has officially lost it.
-
I've just realized that the Rahkshi Stars is the first set to have a transparent-colored 2008 hand joint! And I really want to see Takanuva Stars now... Please tell me that somebody got him already!

Uh guys, the Bshelf gallery link is not public. Can anyone give me links to the pics?

Bionicle 2009 Discussion (Spam free)

Not really. I checked BS01, there's no statement about the timing, just that when the story started, Tarduk was working on the preparations for the tournament. Also keep in mind that the story has never stated that Tarduk's adventure started and ended before the Atero siege. Greg has only said it once when he answered some questions. And not everything Greg said is set in stone. He said Perditus will be in Valley of Fear, but plans changed and he didn't appear at all. Greg said EotS will end at chapter 8, but it got too long and he wasn't able to do it. So yeah, you get the idea. -
It's in the OGD. A member asked about the chance for some of the MU and BM characters to appear next year, and that's what he said.
-
I'm hoping for Lesovikk to appear next year again. He and Hydraxon make a perfect team. When Greg said that anyone alive can make an appearance next year, I was so happy. Let's hope that Lesovikk doesn't get killed in ROS this year......

A new blog entry by Bink revealed that we'll be getting a new blog similar to Takanuva's Blog next year on BIONICLE.com. But it's not written by Taka. So after thinking, I came up with the only suitable character: Gresh. It's easy to rule out the others because: - Tahu and Nektann are definitely not the type to take time and write stuffs. - Takanuva is already off the list. - There's no way we're getting blog entries from a Skrall or a Rahkshi. - The character has to be a 2010 winter set, and the Stars are the only winter sets next year. I can see it now. "Gresh's Journals".

Look, guys. Whether BIONICLE is ending or not, there's nothing we can do to change it. We're only, like, 10% of the entire BIONICLE fanbase around the world. So let's move on to some other discussions please. Anyone feel like making an MOC of this? It's from Challenge of Mata Nui.
