Welcome aboard! Report to SIC Jax onboard Event Horizon. If Admiral TK or General Casewindu would like you later, then I will gladdly transfer you to under there command, but otherwise, Welcome to the 501st!
-
Nope, it's just a preview of the new series coming out this fall. Not sure of station, but likely TBS.

IMP Holocron: Lord *vader* ; We have taken Admiral TK onboard Event Horizon. He was rendered full honors, though unconscious, as a visiting Admiral, and was well cheered by the men. Dr. Hetfeild has preformed a Battery of tests, and awaits the Entrance from the Sandman. We suspect Justice for All shall be dealt for Whom the Bell Tolls by your Blackened fist.... Good news, Mi Lord, he is awake, but is unable to report in to you at this time. I will keep an open channel for him so that when he can, He may communicate with you.

Thank the maker, a new trooper :'-) . You will have to post in the TIE army forum itself. Since Admiral The Kid is sidelined at the moment, I would suggest reporting in to General Case Windu. Being your a "grunt", it's more approrprate anyway and you will fit right in. If not, I am Commander Jax, of the 501st "Shadow Fist". If you would like to be a shadow commando, and its ok with the others, I'll take ya in. In any case, welcome aboard goggleson!

Why.. I never... 8-| It was more an.. Omage... really. To your green greatness! :-$ :'-) *sing* Viva La Yoda on! Now, could you be swayed to join the Dark side. Oh wait, you have!

Hmmm... Well, since I neglected to mention that in my first post, I concede your point. However, Spielberg, almost promotable to the God-like status of 8-

I agree with you on the Enterprise, but ET is a whole notha thang. Spielberg and Lucas are practically blood brothers, with a certain little...hmmm... cough*Indy* flick coming out in May. They also have collaborated on allot of other side projects, like Willow, or even "Star Wars". So I think Lego could "drop-it like its hot" us one of those cute little Grey guys *wub* . The question is, "Do you feel lucky, Punk? Well Do ya?" :-D Who knew, that whole Opera scene, Dirty Harry was kickin it in da rear! :-P (Joking, And sorry about the whole Gansta thing. I was up late watching You-Tube, and I found "Straight Outa Compton". Oh the days... Oh the Humanity, ;-) Home-Boyz on! *sing* )

If Lego did skip more Episode 1 sets, and personally I don't think they would intentionally, it would appear that way because they Must to have the new sets out for the Clone Wars Cartoon. I think that they did a magnificent job on the ones they have remade thus far, although I wouldn't have been upset if they would have placed a few Chrome Silver greebies on the Naboo starfighter :'-) . While there are some obvious gaps in the revamped EP 1 line, (Naboo Queen's transport, more pod racers, etc.. hint..hint..), I think that Lego will address these on downward release cycles when there aren't any new craft to release. (This is with the understanding, Lego, that you do not neglect you TIE variant obligations >:-( >:-) :-D ). Just hang in there guys and gals, and don't turn into a sour puss' like some other sites which I will not name here ;-) .

IMP Holonet: Mi Lord *vader* , I have dire news. We have retrieved Admiral The Kid, or rather what is left of him. My men are on scene, and have loaded his... remains... into a cryo-statis pod, and are awaiting evac. Wait... Wait... *Image disappears* *Jax to Comscan* What are you say? He's alive... Praise the force... What? He is banging his head on the pod's floor... Morse Code? Get me Dr. Hetfield and that drummed up Lars guy. I believe the Admiral is in need of a strong dose of Metallica therapy. (Dude, your ONE rockin Admiral!!! ;-) ) *Jax to Lennox* When he arrives, in what ever condition, I want full honors. Clear out the Med Bay, and have all staff on standby. IMP Holonet: Mi Lord, I apologize for the interruption. We have, and to my great relief, misjudged the situation. He is alive. We will have him here within moments. I would like to personally invite you aboard the Empire's newest ISD, the "Event Horizon." My men will be awaiting your arrival with full honors!

Currently reworking and adapting my TIE/ru RUMOR program to deploy the Shadow Trooper from a lower hatch, although this is proving to be next to impossible, and perfecting the overall sphere/pod shape and design. Also, in the works is the TIE/mi, MITH. Multipurpose Intelligence Tracking Harvester. Think an all black TIE Interceptor. Long Live the Shadow Fist!!! *sing*
-
Old *sad* ? Old *sing* ! well, at 30, I guess I am too, but it's more the whole covert ops thing ;-) . But I do agree whole heartedly about the Blacktron nudge *wub* . I spent a small fortune buying the pieces to make my Renegade. Also Batrax and Invader. Who knew that a black 2x2 black wedge with a little yellow paint could cost $4? And don't get me started on the black window shutters. The whole shadow/black thing goes back to whats going on in the TIE army Forum. It's not really a big push or nothing. As to go Black, it to is also an omage to the original Man in Black. And *yoda* , mesa be liken that badi, badi Shadow Scout!!! I already go his speeder

COMNet: Trident to Havoc: Bombard has concluded strafing run. Rumor is invest aging the situation, and will continue to provide air support. We are standing by for Fist to give the final order to drop the gauntlet (for extraction). As of yet, we have not received a corroborating signal from Admiral TK, but your orders are to deploy the commando unit to his last know point. Good luck men! IMP Holonet: (Jax) Lord *vader* ; the Commando Pod is in position now. They have withstood average resistance and taken minimal casualties, well within Imperial Contingency Doctrines. They are poised to launch the extraction mission, though we have as of yet received confirmation signal from Admiral TK if he is yet alive. We are also uncertain of whether he might have been taken prisoner. So far, we have been unable to verify the identity of the assailants to my satisfaction, but my strong gut feel is that they are a Rebel faction. We are standing by and await Your final orders Mi Lord.

Thanks *yoda* . After again looking at the pictures of the two, and btw, very good pics of each, I clearly now am in favor of the new Clones. I will even go so far as say that I might want to get rid of my EP 2's. I love the new torso printing, and who can resist those pauldron or visor. And I really, really like the printed faces. I have been trying to get a hold of a Jango Fett head for my Palin Jax Sig fig. I guess I will just wait until the new line come out. Either way, I need to get the new clonies in Black >:-) .

COM-CH: This is Commander Jax. Launch assault, code COM-Foxtrot-Omega-Foxtrot-JAX. Tactical, to Bombard, Strafe strikes, Cordon Black Zones 3,5,7. Event Horizon is "Trident", Lord Vader's SSD is "Fist", Tyrant is "Tyrant". TIE/L Pilot is "Havoc". TIE/B is "Bombard", TIE/ru is "Rumor". Comscan: Havoc, land your men. You have full wing support. Rumor is cover as per wing as necessary. Fist, awaiting further orders, Trident out.

After looking back at most of the posts, my guess is that the vote splits 50/50, or maybe a little to the against column. I myself really like this new look because it give our little *wub* beloved minifigs a bit more character, although I do concede that most adults would go to Hasbro for accuracy. I propose three things then. First, and I am glad to see, this has not gotten to personal yet. Let's all try to keep it that way. Our mods are just like us, and I bet really dislike having to discipline any of us, let alone ban someone, (unless they are all Monty Python hold-overs at castle Anthrax >:-) ). We all contribute to this assume site by our courteous comments. Second, I propose a poll, just to see where we all fall. Heck, I love polls, except the North ands South ones, of which I feel in recent months the North one has garnered to much of its accursed weather here on Hoth X-D . Third, and this would be hard to pull off, but what about a sub forum that would allow us members to exchange. Heck, even Lego might go for it, to keep us whinny ;-) AFOL's happy :-D :-D . The one thing displeasing to me about all this is that, and WW hit it on the head, continueality. I have 3 RGS's and 4 AT-TE. All my Phase 1 clones will look a bit out of place next to, and again, my opine, their nicer looking brothers.

Commander Jax to Inertia(Com-mic): Good work pilot. It's to risky their. I am ordering a strike task force to land and sabotage the AA weapons. Proceed to coordinates 129 whiskey niner. I want you and the others to invest age the site and determine the identity o the assailants.

And the RUMOR is... http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=3015489

Finally, some else agrees with me. It's gotta be... And think, a Padme, R2, C3PO, Anakin's personal Clone Commander. With the Rogue Shadow, I think Lego is going for a more asymmetrical look.
-
COMSCAN to Pilot Inertia: Proceed with all haste. Protect high value target with extreme caution. Break. All units, establish Cordon Black. Zone 1 Cordon Black is established Zone 7 Cordon Red. Proceed to zone 1 and protect the Admiral at all cost. IMP Holocron: Lord *vader* , we have detected blaster discharges around the Admiral crash site. Life signs are faint, and we believe we have lost one signal. Just before the signal went cold, we believe that we did confirm Admiral TK was alive. Our finest pilots are on the scene, and I have dispensed War Rocket Ajax to bring back the bodies... and any survivors. (Flash... Ahhhh...)
-
TIE/ru SIC Alpha: Excellent! Proceed North(Voltio), East (VBBN) and West (Inertia), Cordon RED(emergency) zone coordinates 1, 3, and 7 respectfully. TIE debris trail runs zones 2 to 5; or approximately northeast to southwest. Uses emergency channels delta for relay of info, channel Alpha for receiving Admiral TK's distress signal if He activates his beacon. Make situation reports to COMSCAN aboard Event Horizon. In the event that a TIE receives that beacon signal, that TIE becomes Cordon BLACK (Recovery) Zone 1. (if you draw a circle, and dissect it into 8 spokes/zones, this makes a Cordon. Zone 1 points to the North. Just for added illustration purposes :-$ ) Emergency Broadcast Signal: Admiral TK, this is SEarch/REScue commander. Are you there Sir? Admiral TK, please activate your emergency beacon. (repeat message until Admiral The Kid responds)
-
SIC Jax To Commander Jax: Sir, we have located the debris trail from Admiral TKs TIE. I'm afraid it doesn't look to hopeful that he survived. We so far have been unable to locate a detectable signal on our scanners, but with the dense foliage he might not yet be able to get out his signal. We have not abandon all hope. Com Jax: Good work SIC. I will patch your signal through to our other TIE pilots. Permission granted to easy Rad-null technology. I want the other TIE's to find you. Also, we will be deploying a search and rescue Landing craft in your area. COMSCAN Event Horizon to Carrack Cruiser(VBBN, Volitio, Inertia: This is Event Horizon; Command has established headquarters on Event Horizon. You are to meet with TIE/ru SIC Alpha, our wing commander. We have established a base camp at 33.25.*4.**.66. Report when debarked.
