  1. Sure thing! I won't be sharing it any time soon however, since the codes are licensed to The Chima Wiki. As a privately held organization, The Chima Wiki is not able to upload any unreleased or non-free content without fair use being given by the copyright holder. Since I am getting these accounts from a contact at the LEGO Group, I will not be able to get permission from the copyright holder, which would be Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. I will be legally allowed to share video recordings and screenshots of the beta when the beta period is over, and the game is available to the public. Sorry I wasn't able to clarify in the first revision to this post. I was on my phone at lunch with some friends, and was distracted.
  2. I talked to Jim Foulds on Facebook. He's working on getting a few beta accounts for some staff at The Chima Wiki, including myself. I don't know about other people though, since you'll probably need a reason for wanting the beta accounts.
  3. Good points Aanchir. I brought up the part about Nya in a group chat with some friends. She was captured by Garmadon what? 2 or 3 times, right? It got pretty repetitive.
  4. I expect we'll see a lot more of the eagles for one big reason: LEGO's real reason for the show is that it's a big marketing campaign. So the show is going to have to market the eagle sets eventually. I can picture a really cool battle scene with the Ultra Stiker and Eagle Interceptor.
  5. I thought those were prelim too.
  6. I have it on my DVR, but I need to find how to get it off FiOS and on my computer. I looked at them, and it doesn't say who is who, but some did say on their Facebook profiles, so you can check the pages for Laval, Eris, Cragger, and Razar on The Chima Wiki. I have those there. The list on Wikipedia is wrong I'm guessing; either that or the credits are wrong, which I would like to assume they aren't. I'll try to find more names and match them to the characters, but like I said, the credits only list the VAs' names, and not the cooresponding characters.
  7. Well yeah, since Laval just got to use his first Chi orb. I'm guessing the Age of Becoming is something like 13-14 years old.
  8. You make some good points. I'm expecting the story and show will get more intense as we go along.
  9. That was really awesome. Somehow I missed the skunk. :( Lemme just copy the blog post I made about it:
  10. If we get a ninth tribe, I'm sort of guessing elephants. I only have 50 Chi points, but then again, I just signed in to LEGO.com for the first time in a long time.
  11. I got some news regarding the Chima theme song that I'm sure we've all heard by now: The band that did it is apparently a very popular and famous band in Italy (their home country). The band's name is "Finley". The song we've heard is "Unleash the Power". You can read all of my research about the band on The Chima Wiki. Also, from the band's Facebook page, we are getting two more songs from them—"Day of Glory" and "Horizon":
  12. Also in the Ninjago TV series, there were about three characters that weren't in available in sets, but any minifig in the show—whether in a set or not—used pieces that are available in a new set. Also, for the animators, I garauntee LEGO supplied them with a model to design from, instead of making a CG model from scratch. I doubt LEGO would go through the trouble to make a mold that is in the show to promote the franchise, and not have it available in sets. That's like if LEGO didn't make a green ninja minifigure in sets, but it was in the show. Imagine how that would affect sales.
  13. I was browsing through LEGO.com and I think I found the name of another member of the wolf tribe—most likely a queen. "Mother Wolf".
  14. But it isn't a very long wait until Toy Fair. Isn't it late January/early February?
  15. "The Great Story" sounds like it might be a flashback episode and have a lot of background information. Hopefully I'm right!
  16. Sorry but I must be missing something. Where have we heard Laval and Cragger's voices?
  17. We knew about that for a good bit of time, actually. Or at least I did. I probably should have shared it here, but I have a higher resolution version on The Chima Wiki. You can see all the books here: http://chima.brickcr...=Category:Books
  18. Legends of Chima Online sounds quite ambitious. I'm certainly going to get it. Laval's Adventure also sounds interesting, but nowadays I'm more of a PC gamer, with occasional mobile (on my phone) gaming. Maybe they'll expand that one to other platforms.
  19. TT Games is making three Chima video games apparently. http://www.joystiq.com/2013/01/02/lego-legends-of-chima-builds-a-new-world-across-three-games/
  20. Probably because the kids have seen these sets on TV. The Chima sales will probably look like the Ninjago 2013 sales after the Chima show starts. The site isn't live yet, but it probably will have a library when it is up.
  21. It would be nice to have the official one on The Chima Wiki. Also, Inkscape works like Adobe Illustrator if you don't want to pay for software.
  22. Hopefully the actual Chima site goes up soon. I'm so mad though because the instructions don't use vector graphics anymore, so I can't get an SVG of the Chima logo.
