I'll take tower 1, it will be the Mage-Merchant Count's personal Offices.

Here's my first MOC for here! its entitled 'River Banditry' and follows the following account, as recorded a few months ago by an Avalonian Scout when the Count first Came to be known in the region. "The count's men have set up a camp at a major river, threatening trading routes and a large dwarven ruin, rumored to be full of rare metals. I have a feeling they are after the mine." -Avalonian Scipts, describing the counts first claim to land in the south-western region of Mitgardia.

Count Ustengravth: Leader of a Fierce Band of Bandits and Devious Soldiers of the North, swearing allegiance to the lands of Mitgardia. High in the reaches of Mitgardia's mountains Count Ustengravth is a master wizard, experienced in Destruction and Illusion, he controls a band of Thieves and Powerful Soldiers, distinctive by the white headdresses they wear. They say he runs a mining operation as well, and he is renowned as a wealthy merchant as well. His blade is said to be purest moonstone, laced with poison and enchanted to steal the souls of fallen enemies. his staff controls the powers of destruction. (He is the Center Red clothed man.)
