  1. Another brilliant review. I enjoyed very much and I wasn't sure whether to get this set in the first place but I am certainly surprised with the hinges that will helps to enhance its playability. By the way, this review is also blogged in,
  2. Happy Birthday guys!
  3. Once again, our Eurobricks Town Moderator, TheBrickster had completed the latest 2011 Creator House 5766 Log Cabin review. This is the very first Creator set that comes with a minifigure. Read on to find out more. Click here to view this review.
  4. Very interesting for your first video. I could recognised this was actually a secret plot devised by Cao Cao and his strategist to help ease the low level of ration by killing the cook who is later framed by Cao Cao that he was stealing ration out of the camp and eventually got his head chopped and ends up getting the army morale up and fiery.
  5. Very beautiful. Certainly capture the essence of Link. Does brings back childhood memories after viewing this.
  6. Very impressive for this final wave. It will definitely be a hit among military creators.
  7. Hey everyone, [ IMPORTANT NOTE: Just to be clear, the minfig in these photos is not the Johann minifig currently on sale at BrickArms.com. While it is similar, the minifig torso design and weapons loadouts are different. --- Will ] It was my oversight. It took me awhile to notice the difference. After finishing the earlier BrickArms review, I will like to share with all of you on the latest BrickArms final release for 2010 on these German WWII customised minifigures. I only managed to get hold of one three new customised minifigures among this current wave, known as "Johann". Brought to you from BrickArms Fans of war creations will definitely need to pick this new released minifigure. The minifigure itself is now available for USD$20 which includes a nice custom printed torso plus a few weapons for his mission. Check out the shop link to view its additional details. A mini operation conducted by Johann Having to own the 7622 Race for Stolen Treasure's jeep, I find the use of this new customised minifigure very much suitable for him especially based on the given matching colour scheme. Furthermore, I am not much of a builder and this jeep could easily serve its intended purpose for this German solder. At the same time, I did add on a couple of other stuff to complement his operation such as his field pack. What does this minifigure make of? It comes with an impressive custom print. This is definitely not like any form of stickered decals. Instead this minifigure was actually printed onto both sides of the torso. Take a look at the back of his torso where you are able to spot his pouch. Whereas, the front of his uniform is equipped with his destructive M24 Stielhandgranate at his waist. You might want to take a very careful look on the hips where the prints are actually combined to form the weapon pouches for his SBO. Very impressive. What is this solder capable of? As you can see, Johann is capable of handling multiple roles such as marching his way to the front with his trusty MG42, preparing to load his ammo and engage the enemy. Of course, he could simply threw the M24 to blow the enemies up and runs away with his jeep. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of this printed customised minifigure. It is costly to purchase only a minifigure along with the given shipping and you can't really expect to army build a platoon size of these WWII German Solders. However, if you are a true supporter of BrickArms and also a huge fan of these military stuff, then I urge you not to hesiste and grab a few of these, preferably of the same colour to match with your war settings. You couldn't want too many of the different factions moving around. Furthermore, I believe printing onto the minifigure directly is very hard and tedious, so I could like to applaud Will for doing such a great job for our LEGO customisation community. And, for sure, it's only a matter of preference of which you will like to choose and for myself. I love Johann. Hope you have enjoyed reading this very simple illustrative review.
  8. First post is all updated with the latest titles explanation.

  10. Thanks Brickster for this amazing review. This small set have many great highlights and I am expecting to pick more than just a few to fill into my collection, especially the dark red motorcycle. It is cool to have it in this colour plus some nice details in it. I could see most of us will grab this set, mainly for the mummies guardians and new weapons. Love it!
  11. Burman, thanks for the link. Discussion will be continue in the original topic. Topic closed. WhiteFang

  14. Nice job, Peppy. I think even without the shield, you could also mod them into SWAT team with the usage of BrickArms weapons as well. Yes, I felt the same way too.
  15. Izzy, this is a lovely entry with nice interior. For one, I like the use of your Emerald Night parts as part of the roofing. Good luck.
  16. Take a look at this existing discussion. In short, the license for Indiana Jones has ended. Topic locked. WhiteFang
  17. Thanks Hinckley for doing such an incredible detailed review within such a short amount of time. I hope you have recovered from your jet lag. This set is just so amazing. I am really very excited about this set and it certainly offers many new exciting parts and mould where I could play around with it. There will be so much fun in this set. I love those new weapons, prints, minifigures especially Anubis. Can't wait to get my hands onto this new theme.
  18. I haven't shared my thoughts yet and here it goes, I voted for the Elf Warrior as my favourite minifigure, mainly because of the highly desirable fantasy concept with its elvish long bow, shield in his gear. Real charming indeed. However, I am also equally interested in other minifigures such as the Samurai which is very classic looking like the late 1990s Ninja minifigs and the lovely Tennis Player. I love all 3 series and I really wish to see the Collectable Minifigures Series tradition continues again and again!
  19. It's confirmed!!! Eight sets is really alot! I am sure this POTC theme will provide many much more inspiration and fun for our Pirates Community.
  20. Oh, it's finally here. I think I am really very excited about this!
  21. Why don't you start building it first and start drafting your building plans. It will be better to base on your sketches to know better whether you are within the limit or not.
  22. I don't used tools like "translator" for my typing. However, I do make occasional mistakes like this. Thanks Clone O'Patra for helping to clarify on that point.
  23. Let's continue the discussion in the original topic instead. Link provided. Topic locked. WhiteFang
  24. This is interesting. I believes it is meant to store your NDS game cartridges in there, like those stackable shelves? I could be wrong.
