First of all, I need to thank you, Hinck for inviting me into this experimental game! It was something very random and can be quite unpredictable at times especially dishing out the meal cart. Despite of that, I totally enjoyed the humorist narrative writing and that awesome piece of visual presentation. Very tasty indeed. I must apologise to all that I did miss a game day due to lack of voting as I went overseas on a last minute notice. Wasn't fair to all but apart from that, I did deserve my mistake for my stupid oversight of not submitting my day action which ultimately resulted me in my death (mod-killed) and cost my team a victory. Sorry guys. It wasn't expected. Still, CM, Draggy and Zepher, you guys are an awesome supportive team! It was really very enjoyable to be part of it! Nonetheless, I also must thanks Kiel and Scouts for allowing the both gangs to be part of an alliance to whack the other 2 factions during the mid-day process. One thing I don't understand which I don't exactly had a clue, is how did I associate myself with def's gang and ended up believed by Shadows when he hooked the 3 of us up. The best part, Kiel and Scouts didn't revealed me and played along! Though you guys thought I was the neutral for that moment. By Day 2, everyone of us almost figured out everything and it was a new level of strategy of eliminating one another! That went mental for awhile in the back scenes! Nonetheless, I will be sitting still and anticipate the next mafia game of yours even if I need to wait for a year.

That puts a smile on my face! Even though I don't play Angry Birds, but I do find those creations of yours pretty true to the real ones.

Wouldn't a "Like" button improve the forum
WhiteFang replied to Vindicare's topic in Forum Information and Help
Bingo. Eurobricks is not a place where it is all about popularity contest. Personally, to me the "like" button is just a race to what is popular and it does not add any value into it. So what, if a topic have 100 likes by our EB member and less than 14 comments? Does it tell you anything apart that topic is like a "must view" due to high amount of likes. The answer is, "No". I enjoy the conversations and discussions that we have in EB and that is where you can get to know the member that you are interacting with, better. In short, I felt there is more depth to a comment and forum provides a platform with proper documenting structure to interact with one another! I will add emphasis on that as well. Is it that hard to share your thoughts by taking a moment to compose your comment for a MOC that you see and you truly like it. Minus away those short generic comment, you can actually take a minute or two to make your comment more value added by telling why you like and which part of it do you like most. Otherwise, if you want to provide constructive advise, by all means do so. Punching the "like" button doesn't tell much and I am not a fan of it as well. -

Oh well, let's not fight and move it on? Shall we? Opps, we still need to vote for today and we hardly have much choice to choose from. I am sticking my guts into this as well. Vote: Saproton Veeck (Sandy)

I believe it's allowed, but is there any specific examples? I will think the most important thing is to actually relate it to LEGO Gotham City. Category 2 rules, pointer 8: You don't have to own the official character that you are building for. You may include the official character if you happens to own it. In short, it's optional to actually own and show the official Batman character that you owned. In fact, the point of this vignette is the home that you are creating for. It's good to show but it is not compulsory. It's different from the Collectables Minifigures Series 5 contest. It was planned months ago. Except myself and Penguin, the entire EB community including staffers can participate! In fact, it has been a long time since we last saw an EB Staffer taking part in a contest.

Roller Coaster
WhiteFang replied to Luc2000's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Wow. Even though the build of the roller coaster is not appealing but the whole beauty of this roller coaster is the way you made it work, even though it was done in stages and the nicest part of the all, was the "moment" where the cart rushed down right from its peak. I love it.
