It looks very nice, and also, I want to know, would you be interested in forming trade relations with my home town and other cities in Mitgardia through my company? We are severly lacking in spices in the north, and fruit is rather hard to find as well. Sincerly, Jakon B. Rytight

May my embassy be in the upper left part of the town square? Also, if your city ever comes under attack, your citizens are welcome to shelter in our embassy.

I have now finished some of the people of my town, including my sig fig :) Lord by Jakon B.Rytight, on Flickr Jakon Rytight is one of the last surviving highlanders in Mitgardia, and the last of the Rytight clan, as a child he watched his entire village slaughtered by orcs, and has thus made it his personal mission to kill any of them he finds. Captain by Jakon B.Rytight, on Flickr The loyal captain of the Guard, William Thros immigrated to Konugard as a Footman protecting merchants Arab by Jakon B.Rytight, on Flickr Abdul was also a footman, originally from Petrea, Kalphlin, he came to Konugard after his caravan going north was ambushed by orcs, Jakon's cavalry swooped in at the last moment and killed all the orcs, and saved Abdul, who now thinks he owes him his life. Dwarf by Jakon B.Rytight, on Flickr Dwurli Bronzinot is the cheif of Konugard's mines and quarries, he came to the town because he grew tired of his brothers in-laws living in his house. A palisade is a wooden wall.
-
Ahh! Very nice, I must make a trip down and visit him :)
-
Sure, although I'd rather like to do the mill myself, I'm a bit of a sucker for water wheels :)
-
IC, passing by, I noticed that your little village is a bit lax in defenses, what's with all the raiding bands about, it wouldn't be a bad idea to build a palisade, or tower. Ye ken?
-
Heh, um, given the recent announcement from the drow, I'd rather build outside the city, so we don't get into a war we don't want. Or do we >:D

Ehh, I see no real need, for me at least, if you're skilled in the least bit at MS paint you can make a fairly decent flag, but for someone who isn't this could be good.

Situated between two mountains and in the heart of the Mitgardian Highlands, Konugard set in a very prosperous location, it has a river to one side and a trade route running through the middle, it also serves as a gateway to travelers going north. Konugard by Jakon B.Rytight, on Flickr The river powers its mill and provides fish for the townsfolk, as well as aiding in travel. Because of the trade route Konugard has its own stable, brewery and Tavern/inn. It is home to many colonists and Dwarves(because of the Mines) a few Norsemen, such as the butcher, but, because of the Orc attacks on the Highland Clans, its lord, Jakon Rytight, Lord by Jakon B.Rytight, on Flickr is the only Highlander that lives there, the town was built opon the ruins of his home, and he is the last surviving member of the Rytight Clan. There are two Embassies in Konugard, one for Avalonia, and one for Kaliphlin, room has been set aside for a Nocturnus embassy, but many townsfolk are wary of them, so it isn't advised to build one. Konugard also has a Potter, Warehouse, Blacksmith, Apothecary, Butcher, Bakery, and Fishmonger. Up on a hill there sits the Fortress of Konugard, which has a small garison of soldiers and its own Chapel, the Fortress is big enough to shelter the entire towns population currently. It also has its own Constable because of the recent raids on caravans going through there. For defense reasons there is a palisade going around the town. There are farms outside the city limits to the north, which send food back to the town to be stored in the warehouse, in case of attack, all the food in the warehouse is moved to the fortress, along with all the people. Map Of Konugard by Jakon B.Rytight, on Flickr So tell me, my lords, what do you think of my fine town? (P.S. I am actually intending to build this)
