Hello all, An image for you of a little multiple unit I built mostly because my children asked me to... Built with a lot of red bricks, I built her over Christmas and forgot to put a pic on here... Nothing inside - mostly because it was built in a hurry. D

I love this - how do you get the cheese wedges to go upside down though? Or are they just not secured? Many thanks

thanks to them that gave me a vote :-) A good contest and one that I think I picked up more tips for the future :-)

I often look and think "I could do that"... with this, I like how you included the instructions so I can do that! Its really good - nicely done :-) Doink

I like this - its clear and simple, which I think lends to the overall contest. Nicely done :-)
-
I like the idea behind this - the function is really clear. The snow seems to be melting, too ;-) Doink

Congratulations! My wife is also trying to prod me into having another baby... but having 3 children already will mean that there will be less Lego to go around...

I quite like this layout - but the tram sharing the train tracks does make me go "umm"! But thats just me - the tram I feel is very european more than Californian - its the low level-ness of the tram, I think. I otherwise like everything you have done - do you find that the wind farm has stability though? Doink

Thanks Rog - I'll have a sit and think :-) Doink

Very neat - if I may ask - how did you do the doors?! Doink

I do love this - I keep looking... and re-looking... and re-looking - it is simply brilliant.

I really like this - the design is well spaced and funished - I particularly like the garage and the basketball hoop. The toilet is rather neat, too! Doink

A work of beauty - very impressive. I like it a lot and might be slightly green now...

And here was the kicker to my first day back at work - I found my bench had been invaded by my 3 yr old with Chicken pox and her two year old sisters... this has been bust down to bricks - and will have to be rebuilt tomorrow or thursday... *sigh* Doink

Thanks - I need to pick up some labels tomorrow for the laser printer - then hopefully I'll have a sign. Thanks - its the youth of today - can't keep their trousers up or jumpers on!

B-OV-16B I have been pondering about a MOC - and I came up with this - my own winter village coffee drive through! The little cabin Cyclist with a gift on her bike passes a Police Officer leaving Another shot including the young man on the bench outside A snow boarder drives through for a burger and coffee on their way to the slopes...

Doink comes from my Christian name - my brother when we were younger couldn't pronouce "Dominic" - and thus I am known as Doink.

If you have a 6 x 6 sat dish (from the Octan rail car, is one place I can think of), a 2 x 2 steering wheel - add a backet to the side and voila - safe door. Perhaps a removable hole in the vault wall to allow for that "bank robbery" scene - I heard they found a hole in the bank wall today, the Police are looking into it...

I would have thought, knowing the minimal profit margins involved in such seasonal items, that TLG would franchise this out, like the Lego Wii Remote etc... therefore, its even something that in theory you could produce yourself, with small items inside each cracker, such as a minifig Father Christmas, a small dog, a present, a comb (Why cracker manufacturers - why?!) etc...

I got a new sigma flash for my SLR - something that will be of use to me professionally; A small lego set of random bricks, a door, some wheels, a window and a couple of mini figs and a book of various hints and tricks for MOCs. I got MBW a couple of DVDs and an MP3 player. Since she's not an AFOL, she dibbed out.

I like the hill and beach there - its carries the depth of the area well - I think you got the balance of which-brick-to-put-where spot on :-)

I like it - it looks really good. Can't wait to the see the house; have you considered integrating it into a shop below, houses on top?
