  1. Good spot. I see there is a 2017 annual coming out with a free Ezra and Chopper too. That is going to harm the sales on the Ashoka set I would think
  2. 10% off most Star Wars at shop@home. Finally a discount on the Sandcrawler! Bought!
  3. I know this isn't the UK sales forum, but Amazon.co.uk have been doing some limited time prices today on Lego Star Wars. At one point Poe's X Wing was 50 pounds, Rey's speeder was 10 pounds and Hoth Attack was 13 pounds, The resistance troop transporter is STILL £43.77 and the Battle of Takodana is £32.81. Apologies if I've broke any rules, but the UK sales forum is a bit dead and I doubt anyone would've read it. Also the battle packs have been reduced
  4. Why is everyone so disappointed? The "missing" figures have all been available previously in sets that were also heavily discounted after poor sales. Toys R Us in the UK were selling the old 7879 Echo base for 60 pounds last year. It's not in Lego's interest as a company to provide everything in one set at the same time else we'd all stop collecting. As for improved Rebel helmets I'm hoping for some consistency between the pilots rather than having to update all the time. The grey snowspeeder helmet from last year is especially annoying
  5. Some cheap prices on Bricklink. This would be the cheapest way of making one from scratch I can't link in here, sorry
  6. The Sabine Wren helmets on that website are official lego too. Very cheap price. Happy Christmas everyone :)
  7. I just bought one of these on ebay. It seems legit. High quality plastic and printing, so I'm certain it's official. I guess the UCS hoth playset is coming sooner than expected... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lego-Torso-x-1-Protocol-Droid-White-C-3PO-for-Miinifigure-/111838362788?hash=item1a0a15fca4:g:hKgAAOSwcBhWXYTJ
  8. 3 for 2 in Argos. As they have lots of the Star Wars Advent calendars, it's a good way of getting them at a great price. (~£16.66 each)
  9. If you look again at the video you'll see that 2 other Rebel soldiers have the same torso as the female rebel, so it can't be Leia
  10. Check out your local Argos stores. They are clearing the last catalog, but not online. Got SW Cantina for £37 and B-Wing for £30. There may be others depending on the stock at each location
  11. Some good discounts on Toys R Us. 32 quid for Y wing fighter, 80 for MTT, 56 for Hoth Base
  12. The R2 unit is a blink or you'll miss it moment from Mos Eisley. R2-A5. It seems Lego want to put the rarer figures in sets you would normally pass on. The droid in the Yoda Chronicles set is a good match for the Sandcrawler and even has a dusty look. The R2 unit in the new Yoda Chronicles set is a match for one seen in the Phantom Menace on the as yet unreleased Naboo starship. I suspect characters like Ponda Baba and Dr. Evazan will appear in Rebels sets just to boost sales
  13. You have to admire their attention to detail. The mystery astromech is R2-A5. It can be seen briefly outside the cantina. http://www.1-6th.co.uk/Astromechs/slides/R2-A5-2.html http://www.amazon.com/Special-Edition-Uncommon-R2-A5-Artoo-Ayfive/dp/B0074FY046
  14. It seems the Christmas tree astromech in the Advent calendar has another use. The body is a perfect match for the dome in the Microfighter X wing. You can now have a complete R2-X2 droid!
  15. Star Wars Microfighters are £7 in Asda. It doesn't seem to show online though. I got the X-Wing from the Charlton branch
  16. John Lewis often has sets at half price just before and after Christmas. Argos usually wait until the end of January for their sales.
  17. Duel on Geonosis £21.74 on Amazon right now
  18. Lego Rancor pit is on clearance in Argos. It doesn't show up on the website so check out your local to see if it's in stock 911/1086
  19. Jabba's Palace £67.99 on Amazon.co.uk today! Just bought one. http://www.amazon.co.uk/LEGO-Star-Wars-9516-Jabbas/dp/B0074566JS/ref=sr_1_1?s=kids&ie=UTF8&qid=1364473310&sr=1-1
  20. My local Asda had the 30005 Imperial Stormtrooper Bike for £2 each. I realise this isn't a sale as such, but anyone wanting to build their stormtrooper army might want to check their local Asda before they disappear. There were 20 of them, but I bought the lot. Sorry children of Charlton.
  21. John Lewis still had a few V wing fighters on the shelf for £11 despite saying they were sold old on the website. Not quick enough for the half price Jedi Shuttle and Bounty Hunter Gunship
  22. Looks like the silhouette is of the Lego Alien from the collectable Minifig series. They wouldn't be lazy and just stick one of these in would they? Sorry. I can't link yet, but I'm sure you know which one I mean. It does look like an Ithorian, so hopefully it's a placeholder
  23. I know they're only preliminary, but the NEW tags next to the figures seem a bit odd. The silhouetted figure in the Jabba set doesn't have a New tag, but the old Han seen in Slave I does have. The same New tag is with Luke and Boba Fett. Maybe they just have double-sided heads. As for the silhouetted figure it might not say New as it might appear in another set first. I thought it was Hammerhead by the shape of it. Maybe there'll be a cantina set as an exclusive!
