glad you like it! fairly simple, when putting on the cape the sword goes in the small hole in between the two flaps that go on the characters neck. this does create a little crease in the cape but nothing major. don't use it with any swords except the new long sword and the pirate cutlass hope it helps!

all of the smaller bits, some of the rock face and the roof went left right and center. the tower itself was fine. when I build I rarely think about the structural strength (my MOCs don't normally drop)still a 7.0 is big and my shelf is about 1 1/2 meters off the ground, for Lego a long drop.

Awesome! not too sure about the rock face, looks a bit too perfect and not organic enough but t stands out only because the rest is so good!

late last night I got back from my ski trip... to be welcomed not long after by a magnitude 7.0 earthquake about 100 km from where me and Zach live. no damage here but my tower fell off the display shelf now finding all the scattered parts

Very good review, a well written one that touches on all the details, great job! one thing to improve would be to show interesting parts in an AFOL builders view, I know you don't build but that would really finish it off! keep it up! ~Legonardo~

I do believe that the stern is very much inspired by the video-game Black pearl, which is why they are so alike. Nice find!

I'm actually German but yeah I live in NZ so when I think forests I generally think pine don't worry though, It will still have plenty of non-pine trees!
