I´ve just bought a lot witch included som loose 6 pirat- and 6 redcoats (the old ones) minifig´s. And the two sets 6266 and 6234. The pirateLEGO-sets is starting to pile up here!!!

I am jealous! You have been smarter with your lego-money than me. I could only afford the Pearl, but hopefully Bilka have Queen Anne again next year on sale!

Today i bought my second pirate-ship. I bought The Black Pearl. And it was almost 50% off!!! I am a happy sailor. I am looking forward to open it, and putting it together, one of the nearest days... Now I feel like a real captain!

I really like these MOC´s! I think they really catch the Islanders-feeling, and even bring them into the new millenium! I would love to see more, and eventually the complete diarama. Keep them coming...

I´ve just recieved a "Redcoat-lot", with five redcoats plus a little ekstra, from e-bay. A little expensive (a lot!!), but now the numbers of redcoat is reasonable to my layout. Maybe they now stand a chance against those pirates!

Funny... The flesh color is one of the reasons why I voted "classic". In my world, LEGO mini-fig´s is yellow. Period!

I´m on the redcoated team. Mainly because it is funny to build for those guys. Buy I am not fanatical. Sometimes choosing the right choice, mean that you turn into piracy! Arrghh...

It is precise the same in my household! Here you can allso meet "Krakken" and orther monsters of the deep, with is quit "un-real". When that said, I´m leaning more to the later part of the period, because of the uniforms and lack of armor.

I´ve just bought 6240 "Kraken Attackin´" at a yardsale. Complete with box and instruktions and everything! The price? 3,50$! It brings my total of pirat sets up to two, as I allready had 6235 "Buried Treasure". Tomorrow I am getting the 6280 "Armada Flagship". It is, however, not complete, but I can live with that. I totaly agree! If we for a moment forget that we are AFOL, end remember why we love our LEGO so much? For me it is the possibillity to change and make new adventures with the same set. That is very hard to do with POTC, because these type of sets represent ONE scene in a movie. Therefor there is a "right" and a "wrong" way to play with the set. It is a imagination killer! ... in my opinion.

Really nice job! I hope you have given the idea to the LEGO-company, as I personally think we are getting to little of Starwars buildings. And this one is ready for the shelf´s!!! Simply love it...

... and then I found 8095 Grievous Starfighter used and to a very nice price! It is mostly to my boy, as i´m more of a "OT-collecter". But the Grievous-mini fig is a nice one!... and you can´t never get too many mon calamaries!

I just bought The Wampa Cave With Snowspeeder. It´s af nice little set, with a very nice snowspeeder. But the real jewel of the set is the wampa; it is so addorable! ... and I´ve got it for a bargain! Nice weekend

I would really like to see some plantes with alien race´s. That could be mon calamari´s, sullustan´s, wookie´s or the like. And I don´t want more Achbar´s, Ten Nunb´s or Chewiee´s. I also think we have enough clone´s and stormie´s.

Thank you for a very fine review. I am very close to buy this, as I don´t have any of the old Y-Wing´s. It is in my opionon on the top 5-list over most recogniseble ships ever in the starwars saga. The minifig´s are fine, but a little odd maybe? ... and yes it is a "Because-Wing", as you have given me all the right reasons to go buy it!

I´ve just bought 7914, Mandolarian Battle Pack. I´m buying mainly to my son, and he picked this one over the 9489 Endor Battle Pack. To my surprice, this battle pack is quit good.

I don´t own any unopened Starwars-sets. I buy them to build them.... But I´m rather new to collect LEGO, so maybe I would buy extras in the future?

I just got my fingers on a 6208 B-wing. When I saw that there is no new B-wing in 2012 (UCS aside), I decided to buy this set. And I´m so happy! A wonderful set, with very nice minifig´s

I would like to see: Sullust with Nien Nunb with his ship The Sublight Queen Kinyen with Aks Moe and Gran spaceship - i am missing some alien-type minifig´s. There are so many aliens in the Star Wars universe, and we have seen so few in LEGO.
