alexandertam replied to Bonaparte's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I have made some decal and I don't mind people using them just don't say "I have the same idea with someone", because I'm fed up with that . here you are: French 1st hussar French Chasseur à cheval de la Garde Impériale British 28th regimental drum British Royal artillerymen (two kind of decal) -
of course not! I don't mind at all

Again on Black Rabbit and Cap'n Blackmoor special request... first, Tea party on Battlefield... I can't quite make giant purple lady bird... a nice day to have tea, isn't it? And this is on Cap'n Blackmoor's special request... I don't understand why you have musket on hussars, don't they just carry swords and pistols? Reply to Michaelozzie, thanks, I have check that before I make them... they are so beautiful , but also so expensive. ... so I had to do it in this way...
-
Thanks, um...I guess partly the heads I'm ordering is coming from brinklink ... another reason is, the British is happy to chase and kill the French , and that particular French loves being chase and being hit... Thanks, ok... I think I can do that....
-
absolutely astonishing! I personally think that no one in this forum make better Napoleonic soldier than you, if there is someone you think that does or you think you do, please do show up their/your creation.

On Admiral M and Joey Lock special request, I present you: Cavalry against Cowvalry
-
After seeing those nice creation by michaelozzie, I want to make some myself. And I need some cavalry go with my regiment anyway... Then I though of making hussars, because I don't know how to make the helmet of others like the square hat of the lancers or the helmet of the life guards. So the brain-storming goes on with making what hussar, the Prussian Totenkopf seems easy enough for me; a skull sticker on shako, but I really don't want an odd Prussian in my collection of red and blue coats. As a result, I need to make something that is British, then I think of Captain Lossow from Sharpe's book, so I made some KGL hussar This is the front of the KGL hussar and this is the back For some reason I can't find my file for the decal I used, for more details please ask my troublesome computer After making some cavalry for my redcoats, I have to do the same for my bluecoats, to balance the two sides... so I made some hussar of the 1st regiment, because it use up the pointless pawns from the KK2 chess set This is the front view of the French hussar This is the decal I used...(luckily, this one is not lost) Finally, I group photo of the two hussar, well... they can't stop fighting for a heartbeat. :pir-skull: Any comment is welcome and appreciate

excellent! I am going to use them, I love those faces... -
mutiny.... I'd better watch out... :pir-skull: I've tried to use a cone brick before, but it is no good, so I tried something more horn shape, then I saw the horn on the viking helmet...
-
It's just a round brick, a round tile and a piece of string with a sticker around it. Thanks, this is a way of using those black round brick, sometimes it is just too many left over from sets, and you kind of don't know what to do with them. Thanks, It's a pity that I don't have that many tires to make the hats, if not, I can make more Thanks, for cavalry, I am making them now... so, wait for the surprise:pir-grin: Thanks, yep! I need some cavalry... I promise you will see them later Thanks for your comment

mine can be added into the library, I suppose....
-
I use brickarms U-clip to connect the bayonets, here And I don't think I will use that piece, because I am not planning to making any Swedish or Portuguese regiment...
-
Thanks, well... Sharpe is English, so I put them into English yeah... I know the face of the riflemen are not quite appropriate, but... I don't have other heads at the moment... I will try to change many of their faces

84c Well... although it is called HMS thunderer, but it isn't based on the design of that ship... I took the name a picture of a sexy statue... the side view of the ship and some stupid pirates are attacking: many crowd together to protect the captain and me(next to the captain who is holding the telescope) a picture of the deck the pirates are climbing the ship and the British are not stupid... a boat full of pirates... and this is how the red coats responded to the attack... pirates are eaten by sharks... hope you enjoy and kindly leave some comment, thank you P.S. Sorry I post it in the wrong place can anyone kindly moved it to the right place?
-
of course no! It is my design! well... I don't have other heads to replace them.....
-
half right! I did broke the musket and I used the brickarms u-clip, but be aware, those u-clips are very easily to break!!!!

Hi, Last time, I was just cutting bits and pieces from other website, now with the exception of I am not in the horrible boarding house, I can do this... Sharpe and his Sergent Harper and his fellow riflemen Close look of Patrick's nock volley gun :pir-skull: Another close look of Pat with his nock volley gun Close look on Sharpe and Pat's torso Kindly hope you would give me some comment
-
Sorry, I don't know that... Anyway, I agree with your point. It does look kind of empty. And I think you can do way better than that.
-
If you deliberately tried to look pathetic to intimidate the mighty red coat, well done I will tell my red coats that if they see that ship on the sea, sink it.
-
Then... some time later, he joined the Japanese pirates. Who is him going to loot or thrive? it's just him on a remote island. Anyway, nice moc! the powder horn is a very good design.
-
wow... kind of expensive.... even if I bought them, it is hard to use? Looks like it applied to large models only. Sorry, I didn't know about it. Thanks for that, it is a very good idea, but I'm thinking of doing something more accurate, with more details.
