I think that that is an inappropriate comment to make, as I'm pretty sure that sites no longer post prelim images per request of Lego, which is what we as fans should respect. If I am incorrect, then please correct me.
To upload from flickr, you must click all sizes above the picture, then right click on the image, click copy image address, and put that into the image tags.
I thought I'd get a head start. I won't be building anymore large or medium sized MOCs for Brickworld, so I thought I'd start packing some of the small stuff (Cars, small dioramas, etc.).
EDIT: I see Eurobricks is also a sponsor now!
Great job, Karl! My favourite part would have to be the lady justice on top, though the detailing on the facade is a close second. I love how you've incorporated all the elements of a courthouse into such a small space, and the fact you can turn it around to make it look like a whole different building. I can't wait to see this at Brickworld.
Welcome to Eurobricks! Have fun here. You really should come to Brickworld, even if just for the public days. You'll get a lot of exposure to Lego, and even meet me (Along with many more EB members).
There are three weeks left to register, and six weeks left until the event!
For anyone who is interested, here is a picture of the set that I'm donating to the charity auction:
Anyone packed up some of their stuff yet? I know I have:
And that's just some small stuff. I have a lot more stuff to pack! Sorry for the bad pictures, by the way.
I definitely have to go with town. I've always been a town guy, and always will. Don't get me wrong, I do like train, and own at least three full sets, and two separate train cars, but town just has so many more possibilities. I think it may be due in part to the fact that I don't live near any trains, but live near a lot of "city".
Lately I've been wondering where everyone post their MOC pictures. I used to post mine on both Brickshelf and Flickr. Now I only post on flickr. I used to post on Brickshelf because you can deeplink easily and it is strictly a Lego site. Then I started using flickr for the community aspects, and because of the interface, but didn't know how to deeplink from there. Now that I know how to deeplink from flickr, I don't use Brickshelf anymore. But what about you? Why do you post where you do? What are the advantages/disadvantages of said site? Post away!
