Everyday, I still think about how much I enjoyed watching that, and how much I wanted to play. I've always loved this set, and contemplated getting it many times, but in the end I feel that I like MOCing better than displaying official models (however lovely they are).

I'm not sure how I'm going to take my display, so does anyone know if there is anyone around the area that I could mail my LEGO to, and then they could bring it to Brickworld. I'm not totally sure that that is what I'm doing, but I don't want to be stuck without being able to bring anything. Thanks alot.

Agreed. There would be no point in having LEGO replace your parts with potentially more of the same. The only good thing that would come out of it would be that the bad pieces would be gone sooner . But that's not a good enough reason to order replacements IMO.

Chairs, window awnings, etc. There are many uses for every piece, you just have to be creative.

This always happens to me! When I was building the death star, I spent 5-10 minutes trying to find almost every other piece!

Thanks for the help everyone, that's what I started doing, and it worked.

I am planning on making a MOC that needs parts of flex tubing attached to MF hands, and was hoping someone could help me out on how to get the hand inside the hole. I struggled for about 20 minutes before I gave up. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks

I've always loved this set, from the moment I set my eyes on it! Some of the more recent Dacta sets are also great, including 9322 Town Developers set, and 9324 Micro Building Set. I'm also very lucky because there is a teachers store near my house that sells these(the new ones). -Ricecracker
