  1. Well I know one piece I would really like would be a Cheese Slope, but have a stud on the bottom, instead of a stud receptacle. I'm not sure If I'm explaining it very well but I hope you get the general idea.
  2. Happy birthday guys! Enjoy your presents, and get everything that you want.
  3. Ce magnifique! Your creation is very nice and creative, here is what I like and what I dislike: Like: 1) It's very creative 2) The torso printing is excellent 3) I think all the different aspects of it come together nicely, to form the MOC as a whole. 4) The photography is very clean and crisp Suggestions: 1) I think if you add 1-2 1x1 round bricks beside the window frame, it'll add something nice. 2) If you have just the head of the shark biting the wood, and make a brickbuilt fin coming out of the water, I think it would make it look that much better. 3) If it's possible, I'd try and get the tiles to overhang the barrels a little. Overall, this is wonderful, keep up the good work!
  4. It happened to me last year. I bought this set, and the head was all smudged, you couldn't even tell it was the right one. I'll try and find it to show a picture.
  5. That's very creative Shoc! I must say that I like this a lot, especially the hieroglyphic pieces you put in.
  6. That's beautiful! I love the rounded towers as well as the flags. I would never be able to make that. That must've cost a fortune too. I can't wait to see what else you do.
  7. I like, I like. Very good use of spare time and red xles. Also quite creative. SsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsSsS................*BOOM*
  8. I voted for more colours. I feel that we have enough elements to work with, as seen in current MOCs, but a wider selection of colours for those parts would greatly enhance our creations.
  9. I was googling stuff about Lego for a while, and found EB. After lurking for about a year, I decided to join.
  10. Much better! I really like the inclusion of the animals everywhere, it's give it a real feel like the animals are flying around and jumping everywhere. The back isn't that bad, I think it's ok. I also adore the pets sign on the front. Great job.
  11. Very nice. I think you've captured the look and feeling of a stretch limo perfectly. My three favourite things would have be the antenna on the back, the glow in the dark pieces as lights, and the fact that you can actually seat Minifigs inside. I know that if I were to build this, there wouldn't be any room for them.
  12. I don't think it's been posted so: VS.
  13. That's beautiful Jordan! I really love the tracks on the wheels, it add another dimension to the MOC. I also like the roof with the rails, and great job incorporating the bee hive.
  14. Yesterday I bought some more sorting boxes (I do the sorting not the boxes), as well as some micro-fiber cloths to clean some bricks. A nice Bricklink order also arrived.
  15. I'll buy any theme, but my main ones are City and belville (yes, belville). I buy City sets because I love building them, and I like building things that are actually around now. I also love machinery, cars, etc. I buy Belville for parts. Hell, I buy many themes for parts, every other theme than city, but I find belville to have better, more interesting and more rare parts. Like I said though, I buy sets from every theme. Every. Single. One (Except galidor and bionicle). Again, those are for parts though.
  16. It's 50% off in Canada too.
  17. Ok, thanks . I just wasn't sure, but that was what I thought.
  18. I think that Option one would be better because it would leave more room for building, rather than road. One could still put sidewalk (Or Juckfozzer) on their module, and it would be longer.
  19. Ok, good. I just wanted to make sure.
  20. I'm pretty sure many people thought it was Alicia. I conferred with some people, and that's who they thought it was. Overall, I loved this, it was pretty difficult even with PMs. Sorry guys about quoting the PMs, I didn't really think it through
  21. I actually agree with you, Basiliscus. I would much rather build what I like, and then have it put into a map, than be confined to the restrictions already set out. I think it leaves a lot more room for creativity, which is important.
  22. It was, but why should we exclude digital entries that can augment real models if, like you said, we probably aren't going to be able to put them all together. Take this for example; You are building a 3D florist's shop. If someone else were to also want to make one, but had a lack of bricks, why should we stop them from making one on a computer, and have them include it? I hope I'm not coming off as rude, because I certainly am not trying to.
  23. I was just thinking that, especially if they are fairly old.
  24. Great job Thrash! I love the idea of the skyscraper. Just to clarify, Asya and Bobby Otters, when did we all agree that no digital entries will be allowed? I don't see why they shouldn't be........ Also Thrash, I think you are forgetting a key part for the skyscraper-Elevators. I think a 16x16 or a 32x16 area should be set aside on each floor, in the same location for elevators. Kind of like the hallways in the EBCCB. BtCM, I think that we should be able to have as many people that want allowed to build the same module. Let me know what you guys think.
