All the information is obtained from the Replacement Parts Page in LEGO Customer Service page. Why no set number are shown with these sets because I just find their 7-digit item numbers. I do not sure if all sets are 2008 sets, but most sets are not yet heard and the item numbers seem to be 2008 sets. Actually, I have found some sets seem to be Castle series. The Good Wizard The Knight Tower Raid Troll Assault Wagon Dwarves' Mine Defender Troll Warship Troll Warrior Troll Battle Wagon Skeleton Chariot Knight & Catapult The first two sets are 5614 and 5615. The others I think may be the one shown before in reatilers catalogue.
