Sinner, on the photo you posted: You can see you also need other sets for it (Right under corner from the above picture) It says 7990 7991 7992 7993 7994 But at this picture: It doesn't say those numbers, and this picture is showed here. So if you directly order it from that page (and you didn't visited shop.lego.com or other sites) you will a package shipped, you think: OOOHHHH That giant harbor is almost here ....... and then you get that box and you think, What... the.. Ladies and Gentlemen, I found something on Lego.com If you go to Products, then yo select Lego City. In the Lego City meny, you click Products. Now you click on Transport. Then you go to 7994 Harbor .... BOOM !!! A gaint harbor shows up !!!! Well, on this picture you see: 1 Little Speedboat 3 Docks 3 Boats (number 3 is on the background) About 20 Containers 4 Palets 2 Blue Container Trucks 1 Green Container Stacker 1 Orange Garbage Truck 2 Cranes A Road to connect the 3 docks A Red Dock Building on the last dock Thousands of Minifigures and Accessories But you don't get that all !!
