How do you get a title like Sir Gawain, Sir Lancelot or Sir Agravaine?

The elven council were once in keeping the elves at bay, until the new leader arrived. Finally Fantu came and took his rightful place, so our work is done, though we still have power and act as advisers to the high king of the elves. We met on one of the mystic isles and discussed a threat letter from the drow. I used my magic ti make our meeting invisible to others (therefore the odd erupting cup). I know that the editing could've been better, but, here you go. My entry for high king of the elves.

May I present to you, Lord high Executioner, Bawain (yes I did just combine Balin and Gawain) Once in the military, an officer of high rank. He was put in jail for war crimes. His time in jail drove him mad. He amputated his own leg. I met him and realized his potential. Death does not come easily, and would be a privalage, for those in his torture Chamber. I came down to see how he was doing, and he was just finishing up with a Nocturnian (yes, I really do have it in for the Nocturnians). I hope that this is good enough to earn me the title of Lord High Executioner.

So can we put all the suggested capital names, put them in a list and then have a vote? I think this could be useful to the cartographers. Also, a request to the cartographers, could you put the watchtowers in the map where our guild members have put them.
