  1. "Throwing the baby out with the bath water." Baby idea borrowed from FBTB member 11Numb. It was too damn clever. I had to make one.
  2. Crown Retaliation The Crownies go on the offense in a retaliation for the village attack. This is a cross section of the attack, not a whole castle. ;-) Also, not as many pictures this time. I was having quality issues. Image is gallery when public. Highlights: Boom Bam Zip Poof
  3. This is the bike I meant to build for that post apoc "diorrhea" but never got around to it. Apparently the frying pans fit onto certain wheel rims. I had to find the right one that stayed on for the front tire. I was going for a style like the bikes in Akira. Gallery
  4. A post-apocalyptic Segway. Gallery.
  5. 1. Goblins attack village. 2. Villagers flee in terror. 3. Crown defenders engage. 4. Entertainment ensues. Click pic for gallery. Highlights: General shot. $$$ $$$ $$$ $$$ $$$
  6. I started building this around 3PM today and spent a few hours on it. Then I went for Thai food and came back, finished it up and took pictures. I wouldn't say I've completely entered post-apoc yet. Just dabbling.
  7. Yeah, you know: a cross between diorama and diarrhea. Just goofing around. *wacko*
  8. I've never done any post-apoc stuff before. I'm not sure if I really think of this as being in that genre but whatever. I just wanted a chance to jump on the black fantasy bandwagon and help exhaust the theme. :P I suppose it's B.F. meets that goofy movie Tremors. ...and of course a bikini clad badass mammajamma. Mad Maxine? Image is gallery when available. Free Sample! Free Sample!
  9. I hardly ever build space stuff anymore. Today I got a wild hair up there and built this guy. The E.E.E.K. 321. Gallery Front Back
  10. Here's something to make use of my box of castle minifigs that just sits around all lonely. $$$ $$$ $$$ $$$ $$$
  11. Here's a little number I cooked up over the past few days. After all that rock, I really didn't feel like connecting 4000 1x2 bricks for the water so I just used a sheet of plastic. I hope you can forgive me. Not to much minifig action in this 'cause I blew my imagination on the castle. :-P Man, it is hard to take pictures of big models. Annoying to say the least. I had to drag this sucker outside to get enough light and then the sun went into hiding. |-/ Nevertheless, this is probably one of the coolest things I've built. :-) Thumbnail is gallery when public. 12. Here's my first shot at a castle with round towers. I threw in a hobbit hole to "keep it real". There's also some action going on underground. Don't ask questions about what's going on in this because I don't even know. I will say that one of them is a personal cry for help. :-P Gallery when public. Some noteworthy shots: xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx
  13. Just in case, this MOC is a joke. I don't really like Patrick Swayze. It's just a great photo to make fun of. ;-)
  14. A man and his horse. I'll be using the new Anakin hair a lot. ;) Click thumbnail.
  15. I'm trying to move away from old grays altogether. Many new parts are being produced in the new grays and I like having the expanded selection to work with. Anyone want all my old gray? :-P
  16. All new grays.
  17. This is why traveling warrior women should not carelessly fall asleep on the beach. Wake up, girl!
  18. Updated due to lack of evil. Click this.
  19. I don't know what this supposed to be. A shop, house, whatever. All I know is that I was bored and wanted to build. Click image for gallery when public. Fronty More Piggy
  20. Whoops, forgot about that. Hmm...maybe they are bigger. That will be interesting.
  21. You must not be in Lego's target age group for this product, huh? ;-) There's no such thing as "excessive action" as far as kids are concerned. That's what they want. I'm guessing this line will do pretty well. It's got a very marketable theme. I don't know if anyone has said it yet but the sharks look like the same old mold to me except printed. Sometimes the scale can be skewed on box art.
  22. Yeah, I was pretty excited about banging this one out. The entire idea for the ship came from wanting to use the wheel as a windscreen. I actually was almost completely finished with this model the day after the contest was announced. Had to make a Bricklink order for a few more hinges to finish it and I was really anxious to post pictures. Sometimes in a contest it's good to get things together and photograph as soon as possible because the chance of someone else using a similar idea or style is always possible. In the back of peoples minds, they always remember who used it first. ;-)
  23. I'm really enjoying the Star Wars/Steampunk mash up going on so I decided to make another little doohickey. A steam powered speeder bike. This is not for the contest, just for fun. Image is gallery when public. Front Back Other front
  24. It's ok, I equipped this one with a rear hyperpropeller. It's a little known Imperial upgrade. ;-)
  25. It's a contest going on right now at FBTBforums.net. You build an iconic Star Wars vehicle in the steampunk style. Fun stuff. :-)
