Well, I had some pretty major problems to work out at the beginning of September but things seem to be getting back on track. Not building for a month was depressing and I don't recommend it. Yep, pretty much studless. I like my structures to have a smooth look, not like an acne ridden teenager's face. I leave the studs for landscape, it adds contrast. Anyone who tries to whip me is going to get punched in the face.

I kind of think that new armor looks dumb. It doesn't look very "castle" to me. Otherwise I'm liking that Tower Raid set. Lots of dark brown and other goodies. It has a lot of parts that make it worthwhile for MOCers to buy multiples of it.

Actually, the landscaping goes pretty fast these days. I've developed a pretty good workflow for landforms. The thing that took the longest was trying to find a good way to make a worm with a three pronged mouth. Two or four is easy but three took some thinking. Hinckley, you should check out hachi's Brickshelf folder. I always go there for landscape inspiration.

Well, thanks! *sweet* I enjoy Eurobricks a lot. There are always interesting things going on here and I spend a little time every day browsing your forums. Unfortunately, I don't have time to post much but I do read a lot of the posts here and have a good feel for some of the personalities on this site. Keep up the fun Lego community!

I'm so involved with my own MOCs that building official sets takes time away from my projects. X-D I only build certain Lego sets these days. Mostly UCS and the modular(Cafe Corner) style sets. They rule.
