Great list. I especially like that you included films for different reasons rather than just ranking the most technically impressive ones. The Magic Portal is essential viewing simply for the history of the medium, while Robota shows how far brickfilms can go when the animation and atmosphere are treated seriously.
I'd probably add The Box and Spite Your Face to my own must-see list. They have very different styles, but both are good examples of how much storytelling you can get out of such a limited set of physical materials. That's what I find most interesting about older brickfilms—the creators had to solve visual problems with actual sets, lighting and stop-motion rather than relying on modern digital shortcuts.
And honestly, including The Franky Job makes sense. If you're making a “must-see” list rather than a strict greatest-hits list, unusual or influential personal projects belong there too.
