Deep in the bowels of the underworld two groups stir. It appears as if local gangster Tuk Trunk is paying a large sum of credits for a mysterious item from the Cy-Cora Syndicate, though it's not clear what.
Tuk Trunk is a notorious gangster across the outer rim. He originally tried to host a series of legitimate businesses, however rough competition and a lack of patience drove him to seek other ways of conducting his work. Now he oversees many smuggling operations and other illegal markets from the shady moon of Nar Shadar to the lawless world of Nus - where this deal appears to be taking place. Clearly this lifestyle has worked out well for him, as he wields his golden cane and clearly has credits to spare. He has even hired some of the best henchmen money can buy - though that doesn't mean they're the smartest.
Mei Mor is Tuk's second in command and deals with the financial side of his many businesses. He is known to be an obsessive mathematic and negotiator, keeping the whole enterprise afloat. He can often be seen adding up the costs on his data-pad or counting the credits when handing over a deal. Here, he's been trusted to give the Cy-Bora Syndicate a large sum of Tuk's credits in exchange for who knows what!
Tuk has also surrounded himself with bodyguards.
Scars, as he's known, is a long time servant of Tuk. Appearing as a hotheaded brute to those who encounter him, he'll defend his boss no matter what - well as long as the credits keep rolling. However, despite his scary appearance - Scars is actually a big softie! The scars from which he bears his name are merely painted on so he can tell tales of his epic feats in the criminal underworld. In reality, he's nothing but a common crook - but nobody else needs to know that!
This Nus Policeman also seems to be present for the deal, standing behind Tuk. This exchange should be highly illegal on Nus, yet he does nothing. Curious who you can get to stand beside you when you have credits rolling out of your ears...
But what about the other guys in the deal? The Cy-Cora Syndicate?
Made up of modified humanoids programmed to carry out the syndicate's bidding - the Cy-Cora Syndicate specialise in producing highly advanced and highly illegal technology using modified organics. Rumor has it, the head of the syndicate lives isolated in a tower, deep in the inner core where he works endlessly on new creations and sadistic modifications to humanoids in order to serve the crime factions of the galaxy. His sentinels do most of his bidding - forced by the brain tubes seen entering either side of their skulls. They might not appear particularly intimidating, only wielding staffs. However their strength enhancements mean that those who try to double cross them soon find themselves at the wrong end of the stick!
But what is this strange item they are selling to Tuk? It's clearly worth a large sum of credits. The Cy-Cora technicians must have put a lot of time and effort into it. Whatever it is, Tuk seems very interested in it. How will he use it to further his businesses across the galaxy, or does he have other plans?
