  1. Thank you both! I'll admit the photography for the minifigures was the hardest aspect. Sadly in my own build process I do not keep my MOCs built for long after photography, at most a few days. Consequently I am always planing new builds and would much rather take apart everything, including minifigures to start anew. As such these minifigures have been disassembled. I can try by best to rebuild them however I cannot promise I'll be able to recreate them for individual photos. Either way I'd like to extend my gratitude for your compliments of my build! I had a long of fun trying to include storytelling in a unique way for me!
  2. Thank you everyone. I am sorry for the delayed response as I've been busy these few months. As well thanks for all the compliments!
  3. Here is my entry to the Underworld Category. Here I have included my own syndicate the Detonator Dealers I chose to recreate figures around a syndicate known for the Thermal Detonator trade of my own interpretation. From Left to right I have included the blaster duelist, the sharpshooter, the droid enforcer, the assassin, and the gold armorer. Equally involved, equally rich, these underworld dwellers control and distribute thermal detonator's among the lower levels of Coruscant, demanding pay in rich jewels. Credits serve them little purpose, but jewels are a commodity worth more. Coruscant's underground trade profiters heavily off of these 5 individuals, which has resulting in many skirmishes where buildings and residents have been injured by their detonators. Figbarfs are an aspect of MOC making I am quite unfamiliar with however I enjoyed attempting to create my own syndicate. Thanks for viewing and enjoy your day
  4. Thank you everyone for helping me realize my mistake when including the link. I am still new to the process, however I believe I may have solved the issue. Let me know if the image is still not included.
  5. Here is my Entry to the Size Matters Category showing a small Rebel force (a sniper and a Jedi) attacking a small Imperial Outpost defended by Marrok and a Scout Trooper and Storm Trooper. Overall the the MOC measures 24 studs in length, width, and height including the backside of the MOC. There is minimal overhang for the rear end of the speeder bike and elements of the explosion. Moreover I've tried a variety of techniques that are still new to me such as lighting and the explosion. The most complex and rewarding part of the build was the SNOT flooring pattern of the Imperial Logo. I've actually been working on this technique since February and finally was able to get something recognizable. I usually don't work within a size limitation, which provided a unique challenge. Similarly getting the right photo angle was a point of struggle, representing the size constraints and showing as many details as possible. While the final result is not perfect, I am still happy with the result. Thank you for viewing and enjoy your day!
  6. Hello Everyone! My name is Taj and I am a Lego MOC builder from the United States. I received my first ever Lego set, the 2014 212th Battle Pack, for my 5th birthday, which sparked my interest in Lego. Since the beginning I was always a MOC builder, and even though I am quite poor at other art mediums, I found a way to express myself through MOCs. Almost a year ago I began showing my MOCs on Flickr and slowly participating in the Lego online community through MOC contests such as the Summer Joust and Brickscalibur. A majority of my MOCs are focused towards nature, medieval, fantasy, and Star Wars. Overall I am eager to learn from others and want to improve my MOC building skills as much as I can. Outside of MOC building I enjoy being outside and exploring the outdoors. I live in the Rocky Mountains and am surrounded by beautiful landscapes, forests, mountains, rivers, and more, which is where I take most of my inspiration for my MOCs from. During the summer I enjoy hiking, and camping, while I ski in the winter, and try to trail run as much as I can. Most of my time outside of my studies are dedicated to my sport. I compete on a national level in Taekwondo Olympic Style Sparring, which I've practiced for 10 years and competed nationally for 6 years. Overall I am excited to join the Eurobricks community and participate further in the larger Lego community. If anyone is interested you can find my Flickr account here: Flickr Account
