    Yes, that's a great suggestion. I was thinking what would be a good replacement for the sand green, and sand blue is a great idea. I saw someone on reddit notice this, and I got excited. Unfortunately, it could easily be part 90258, which is the modified 2x2 brick with channels and axle groove in sand green.

    I think this one will grow on me with time, but initial impressions are that it looks great, just maybe not amazing. My main critique is the color palette, could've avoided that. Otherwise, I love angles and the way the walls are constructed looks interesting.

    There is a 2025 employee-only modular style set that includes a holiday-themed post office and toy shop. It's like a smaller modular building that has an alleyway in the middle so both sides can used as display. I'm assuming this is what is causing confusion with the 2026 modular name, since 'Shopping Street' could refer to this set instead.

    Well, think about it, public service buildings like the Fire Brigade and the Police Station had a whole decade gap between them. They are likely trying to evenly disperse highly common buildings found in a city to offer variety and prolong the building line. I remember when everyone complained about having no Police Station, and then it happened, so it is only a matter of time.
