Need Help: Batman Tag Stopped Working After One Day (Xbox 360)
Hi everyone, I’m posting this on behalf of a young fan who’s 11 years old and just got into LEGO Dimensions on Xbox 360. They saved up for two months and found a brand-new starter pack at a thrift shop — totally unopened and handled carefully.
Everything worked at first, and the game ran fine yesterday. But today, when trying to start a new game, the Batman figure no longer registers on the Toy Pad at all. The other characters, Wyldstyle and Gandalf, still work just fine.
The Toy Pad is lighting up, and other characters register in every slot. But Batman, who’s needed to start the game, is now totally unresponsive, even when moved around the pad.
This young fan is devastated. They were really excited to finally play and can’t even get past the opening screen now. We're hoping someone can help:
Has anyone seen this happen before?
Is there a fix for a non-working Batman tag?
Would anyone be willing to sell or donate a working Batman tag/base? They're in Illinois, USA.
Any help would seriously mean the world. Thanks for keeping this game alive for the next generation of players. ❤️
