Thanks for the review. The set looks good in my opinion, I like thew new door and window pieces very much. I also like the yellow colour, it makes a change from the usual white.

Just be lucky that it is not as expensive as it probably will be in the U.K! :-D

That is a great deal! You certainly did strike lucky! My best friend used to play with Lego but does not now, so I am trying to convince him to sell/give it to me. He has around 8 tubs of the stuff, unfortunately it is all spare parts, only about 2 actual sets and even worse, their are Meg@bl0ks mixed in with them. :-X

Good question, I was on holiday in Spain and it was 1 euro, so I thought, I might as well buy it to see what the quality was like for I had not heard of Jun Long before. It came in a small set BTW not just one fig.

I agree, it might be slightly cheaper to ship from the USA even with shipping costs and the like.

Wow, if TLC made that I would buy one in an instance! I think the brushes are positioned just right, being able to slide back and forth (I think) I like the little control panel too, it is a nice touch. *y*

Wow, it looks fantastic, like some sort of stealth fighter. It also reminds me of the Halo (video game) pelican drop ship. Fantastic detail, but perhaps a highlight colour, say blue would make some of the greebles/curves stand out more.

A new enemy, from JunLongville thought to be allied with Bestlockland and Meg@bl0ks has infiltrated the borders of Kingdinium and launched a rampage through town. With huge Jun Long-sized bricks, it was amazing that no buildings were destroyed. It is thought that this was only a minor attack, with the worst yet to come. Speaking out from his soon to be palace, the Lord Of Pies announced: "we shall fight in Kingdinium, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our incredibly small village, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender to these clone brands! Oh and err, we will eat pie." The elite Kingdinian Blacktron troops quickly overwhelmed the poorly made Junlong Soldier, the only casualties were two Blacktron troops, who died fighting gallantly. ;-) The JunLong soldier hurls a motorbike with only one hand: A troop takes aim: Just look at those suspicious eyes X-O : Soon the hideous beast is slaughtered, but it leaves all 5 non military personal worried for the security of the village and their own lives in the future: Here is a close up, shown before in another thread of the huge-fig compared with Happy Joe the security guard :-D : the plastic is cheap and flexible and the inside of the fig is hollow: Run! And finally a pic which again has already been shown of the crappy 777 Jun Long toys logo: The purpose of this thread was basically just to show people the evil new clone brand, so remember if you see anyone suspiciously tall and made out of soft crappy plastic, contact the authority's immediately! Thoughts/opinions/more pie welcome!

I new clone brand has joined forces with Bestlock: Jun Long toys!! They are like mutated duplo, the pieces are huge and ugly!

I found it amusing! Then again I f I say anything else I will probably go to sleep and not wake up again.... :-D On a more serious note, I say keep it up! I look forward to the next issue.

My new title is rather self explanatory! I am the new pirate set reivewer. The only minor technical glitch is that I need a few more sets to review, I only have 3 or 4 at the moment that have not been reviewed. I quite liked my old one still.... :-$ :-D

I don't like them much either, I would much prefer them if they had articulated arms and legs, rather than arms glued to their sides.
