Thanks so much!!!! I spent another 2 hours or so, carefully disassembling (try not to take it all apart) and made it work.... Not not what exactly went wrong, but the red axis (circled) came "out" a bit, so I pushed it all the way back, then it just worked!!!!

Can someone help?? I followed the TWO fixes in the first post. All motors are working EXCEPT the propeller functions. Very annoyed and sad.... Not sure why. Thanks for the help!!

In the reconstruction guide, Problem 1: Gear grinding/chewing. To fix, add 3 8z gears and bracing. Credit goes to Huw from Brickset. I looked at the PDF file, but when do I follow the steps? I.e., from which original step I switch to the fix, and where/which step to follow after the fixed PDF? Problem 2 is much clearer in that aspect. Thanks!
