I cannot find any examples of Lego skipping set numbers, in the Jurassic theme or others.

We can now get some HD looks thanks to the official reveal. One key thing that Ashnflash noted was that the vehicles across the sets have numbered stickers, ranging from 1 to 8. However, we are missing vehicles 2, 6, and 7. (Don't quote me on the exact numbers.) This means that we will most likely get one or a few more vehicles. He also pointed out the motorbike in the titano set and the quad bike in the rex set may count as 2 of the missing numbers, but that would still leave 1 vehicle.

It wouldn't surprise me if 71 was a d rex set, as universal literaly struck down nearly every yt video with the recent toy leak. Also, surely there would be a set with more exclusive figures, but maybe I'm wrong.

I don't think we will get the D rex at all. Kinda disappointed with the wave, especially the prices.

In the t rex skeleton set Ellie and Alan both have really good second face prints with sunglasses, but for some reason I can't upload pictures here. You can see them on BricksByMind's YT channel

Not necessarily, as there is pictures on Reddit and YT of what the full body of the D-rex will look like through miniature toy leaks. I could see them re using the t rex body with a new head, legs and arms, however the issue is then the extra set of arms that would need to go into the body somehow.

What I meant is that the official one will be much easier to create into Lego form than certain artist renditions.

The official one looks barely like that Don't fully agree, looks nothing like a dinosaur. Mutations alter how something looks to an extent, not making it unrecognisable.

In this scenario it doesn't fit, but pictures of Lego dinosaurs from the sets based on the film could obviously be a spoiler.
