  1. will start building the Eiffel Tower soon. Ordering the pieces from S@H, & BL.

  2. Have you checked out eilonwy77's Flickr page? She is another master of mosaics.
  3. So many great details in this town hall. The copier is awesome, also love the scales of justice, and Moses. I can't believe I've never seen your galaxy diner before, it looks amazing!
  4. Wow, these are outstanding! I love the building with the round towers, and the use of blues throughout the buildings. If there is one thing I don't like, its that the house doesn't seem to fit in with its neighbors. It still looks incredible though.
  5. Nicely done, I think the studded look works especially well for these.
  6. I'd also like to join the Reviewers Academy.
  7. Woohoo! Building the Tower Bridge Tomorrow!:)

  8. I wish I lived near Windsor, would love to see that Tower Bridge in person.
  9. Wow, you guys have spent a lot of money on bricks this year. According to Brickset, I've spent $1180. Its actually a bit less though, since I get 30% off at work, and I took advantage of the TRU BOGO sales. I think $700 - $750 would be accurate.
  10. I just came out of my dark ages at the beginning of 2011, so please forgive me if some of these are from 2010; Anubis Guard - Sadly, I don't own any of these yet. Poseidon - It is a little annoying that this guy is like 300 shades of gold, but he's still pretty cool. Hammerhead and Manta Warrior - The Atlantis theme is full of great baddies, these are my two faves. The King from King's Castle - The only thing I don't like about him is the fact that his crown doesn't stay on too well.
  11. I thought I remembered the original voting e-mail stating that the highest voted (from series 3) would be brought back in an exclusive set. The "unique colored elements" are probably from the set itself, and not the minifigs. I agree that the mummy being in the top is a little annoying, but think its a bit too early to get upset when we have very little info about what Lego will be doing with these figs.
  12. I'm a little disappointed that this series was cut short, would love to get MVR, and 1 or 2 more King's Castles. LotR will be great, although I'm not a huge fan of fleshies.
  13. Thank you for the guide, DC. It will help me out a lot with a project that I plan on starting later this month. Can't wait for part 2!
  14. This is a very nice set, can't believe I've never seen it before. I'm not a fan of the roof color, but the rest of it is great. I may have to build this tomorrow.
  15. Wow! Looks awesome!
  16. I'll probably be getting The Flying Dutchman next year, don't own any Spongebob sets at the moment.
  17. A lot of nice detail in such a small MOC. Brick on!
  18. The guide can be found here. Thanks for separating the guide and comments, Derfel. Looks like I will have to order a lot more plant pieces in the near future.
  19. This is a great little MOC. My favorite part is the blood in the water.
  20. I also think the lessons should be separated into its own topic, and comments/praise into another. Can't wait for the next lesson!
  21. I was actually thinking about trying to do this myself, but you beat me to it. Great job! Will you be attempting any other G1 Transformers?
  22. I bet he's back there laughing obnoxiously as usual. This is a really cool MOC, makes me wanna go get a Spongebob set myself.
  23. I'm also looking forward to this, I love Medieval builds.
  24. Those are really nice. I especially like the Streamliner and the Shooting Brake.
  25. Nice review, this set looks pretty sweet.
