I think they meant the versions of Nook’s Cranny from other games. I would love for the theme to reference other games since it opens the door for more buildings and characters. The only reference to past games so far has been Isabelle’s New Leaf design and Fauna’s New Leaf design.

Some themes have multiple 18+ sets that range from minifig playsets to Brickbuilt objects. Just cause the Ideas project was minifig based doesn’t mean every Sonic 18+ set will be the same. I’m only a casual fan of Sonic so I only have a basic knowledge of the franchise. So I couldn’t tell you what object, character or enemy this could be. I guess we need to see the price to determine if the PPR leans more for playset or Brickbuilt object.

Mario 18+ sets have all been Brickbuilt sets most objects or enemies. I just assume they would do the same for Sonic. I’m still hopeful for a 18+ playset with hopefully a new fig but LEGO lately has been pushing for more Brickbuilt object sets for almost every theme.

I would love an expansion to the LEGO IDEAS set but this 18+ screams Brickbuilt object.

My predictions on these 2 mystery summer sets are: 77051: Leif’s Gardening Cart Set would mostly be comprised of Terrain with flowers, trees with peaches and a vegetable garden. Small side build of Leif’s cart with different plants and tools. Figs included could be Leif and a new villager. 77052: K.K Slider Performance at Resident services Main build is Resident Service building with a flagpole side build and bulletin board. Some chairs will be included to see K.K slider perform. Figs could be: K.K Slider, Isabelle in her New Horizons outfit and either another new villager or Maple from the polybag. Don’t think they would do the museum just yet or the Nook Shop. I could see both being possible Jan sets.

Do people forget that LEGO has to be given the approval from the license holders to make these sets? We all know Shrek, Taylor Swift, Naruto, Avatar, SpongeBob, etc will sell millions but if LEGO can’t get the licenses then there is no way they can make it into an official set.
