Battlefield: Comic #2. 'Interrogation'
Dragonator replied to Clonecommando007's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Great work, can't wait for the next one! -
Wow, those are beautiful! *wub* This guy has some fantastic designs. I would also say they are real, as the shadow falls in different directions in the different pictures and the string has a tied off knot at the end. That seems just a little to realistic to have been rendered. Great job to whoever made these! *y*
-
That is wonderful! *wub* The colour scheme is great, I like how it isn't just one colour. Nice to have included the new crate pieces too. I am guessing the driver has to stand up like he would on the motorcycles? X-D A great little model, thanks for the find Bonaparte. *y*

That is really nice, I love the way it resembles your classic idea of a motel, and it's not to big either, just the right size. Does anyone know what baseplate that is, I don't think I've seen it before... :-$
-
A good idea! That would work. Although he would need a big hair piece to cover the other side perhaps (or a hood perhaps, he does have his cape up sometimes).

You may call me LORD dragonator *knight* :-D This had me laughing so hard in some places! Pet penguins, and then this... :-D *vader* Fantastic work Batbrick, that is a stunner! My favourite parts are.. everything! To start with, the elevator is really cool, saves climbing up lots of ladders! Lord dragonator does not like climbing ladders. And the chains!... :'-) I could go on forever about this one. It has a really effective thrown-together look, the colours are all really awesome, and the story line is great. Those weapons are also pretty cool, nicely crafted and put together. I have to say that I really *wub* your new creature, you really have a good thing going with them. This one I think is one of the best. A quick note about this sentence, I take it that you meant it to be simply a way of showing how powerful it is, as I would never even consider harming such a great and wonderful being! *Ahem* *knight* And now, go forth my minions! Cleanse this land of everyone and everything! *Insert evil maniacal laughter* >:-) Me and my penguin will be awaiting eagerly for the next installment!

Nice work, I am a great fan of this stage show, so a Lego version is awesome! I like the way the mask is done, it looks very realistic. My one criticism would be that you can't take the mask off to show the scars underneath, this could be done my making a piece for the mask and then a printed scar pattern (although I cannot really see any way of doing the mask 8-| ). However, it is great as is, so again, nice job. *y*

Fantastic work iamded! *wub* This is really great, Batbrick has some serious competition. >:-) It looks to me like he has covered a lot of my points already, however some things just need to be mentioned twice! My favourite part is the huge gun, because huge guns are awesome! *sweet* But really, it is nicely built, with homely greebles like that crab! :-D I think everyone is going to mention that. The my other favourite part is that wicked battle jeep, nicely constructed, complete with a spare tire and huge weapons. Perfect! Then there's the shack which is also nice, I like the details on this as well, those chains give a very foreboding look. The minifigs have also been well put together to suit the base (or the base to suit the minifigs *wacko* ). In conclusion, I love it ALL! One point though, how does your man get into the turret up top? ;-) (is there a hidden ladder perhaps?...). Other than that very minor thing, great stuff! Oh, and I see you got the Dropship in the end, good choice! That's all... for now. >:-)

:-D This is great! Nice work! I always look forward to the next one of these. Awooga!!

Any news or photos on Toy Fair London or NYC??
Dragonator replied to gusmoore17's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Look at those new sets! *wub* I really like the indy ones, that large one has some great minifigs and traps, although an aweful lot of stickers... 8-| -
I *wub* it! All the details you have added yourself like the town map and the names of all the buildings just makes it more realistic! Great job, can't wait for an aerial shot. ;-)

I bought a large box of mixed Lego at an auction a few months back, it had some great Lego stuff in it, but sadly a few MB bricks. :-/ I sorted through and put all the MB bricks in their own sealed back (quarantined :-P ). I haven't got rid of them yet, don't know why, but I think I will, because I would never use them. X-D

Interactive Apocalypse Part 3: Mistakes
Dragonator replied to Batbrick's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
What a great idea! :-D Or how about the PDP (Protection for Dragons against People-who-are-always-trying-to-kill-and-slaughter-and-abuse-and-hurt-dragons-and-steal-their-treasure -and-kill-their-children-and-just-make-dragon's-lives-miserable-in-any-way-possible-because-they-just-don't-understand-that-the-dragon-simply-wants-a-friend) :-) Crazy Dragon Protection Funds ON! :-D (No but seriously, this is no laughing matter, every year, dragons are tortured and killed by people who don't understand. YOU can help! *sweet* ) -
Thanks for the review, that truck is actually better than I first thought! I am still tossing up getting it, as I am getting the Police Station, and where would it park?! :-P I quite like the little building though, but still... I am so confused *wacko*

Interactive Apocalypse Part 3: Mistakes
Dragonator replied to Batbrick's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
What! Laughing!? At the terrible catastrophe that caused this noble beast to be hunted like an animal?... Yeah I can see your point. :-P I suppose I did get a little carried away... As long as the dragon is fine, then who cares about the other dead people? *sweet* Right? 8-| Hmmm, why is it nobody else seems to see things the way I do... -
This was a real tough decision, as I think that lots of them are really great! In the end I went for oo7's boat, as it is a bit out there, and extremely well built with some great details. I thought it was great right from the first time I saw it. Great job to you, and all the other entrants, this really is a tough competition! I am just unhappy I didn't have make time to enter... 8-|

Interactive Apocalypse Part 3: Mistakes
Dragonator replied to Batbrick's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
What a huge turn in events! Then again, what with the choice to go to the deadzone, I think we all knew deep down something bad was going to happen... It's all my fault! :'-( Hmmm, sorry about that. Hopefully EB you have all learn't a lesson, for I sure haven't! :-P Great work Batbrick, this story is really exciting! Now it is very sad that the others died, but Exobuilder deserved it but we must always look to the future in these things >:-) . It is their fault for trying to steal that poor, defenseless, and utterly hard-done-by dragon's treasure! They should have asked first! >:-( What had that dragon ever done to them! All it wanted was a bit of peace in its humble home, with its few worldly belongings around it! Yet we, the supposed 'good' people of EB tried to kill it and steal its only real companions in its poor solitary life. Shame on you all! Seriously though, that dragon is awesome! I *wub* it! Great work on all that building, it looks real cool! *y* Now on to my thoughts for the future. First, go and apologise to the dragon for stealing his treasure! He could be a true friend! Really, I believe any dragon is just looking for companionship, even if they seem evil and deadly and always hunt you. X-D It is how they behave! I am getting sidetracked though. First I voted for you to get Jameson to program the defense bot, as you will need someone to gaurd the base while you are out, and to play cards with in the evening. Secondly, I voted that you keep eating the runts, as at the moment you are on your own, so you don't want to take any risks by going into unknown territory just yet. Lastly, you should hunt for survivors, as you are going to need more than two players to play poker, and you really need the skills of others to help you defeat the swarm. You can never know how useful others can be! So now EB, move onwards, vote wisely, and please be nice to dragons in future, that way they may not try to eat you! Good luck to us on our quest for... whatever it is *wacko* -
Well of course it's normal, everyone does that! *sad* :-P Great work iamded, you've obviously put a lot of effort into this one! I like the way you have done the landscaping, giving the terrain a good look rather than just plain flat, it suits this MOC well. It is all awesome, the little details make it really look the part! That mutant is great in a mutated sort of way. *wacko* Is that one of your ten purple cabbages I see sitting there?! X-O
-
Exobuilder doesn't know it yet, but he has just sealed his DOOM! >:-) *skull*
-
Thanks Hinkley! In that case, I may still have time to enter! *sweet*
-
Batbrick, this is awesome! Thanks for making this fun adventure that we can all take part in. X-D To start with, I voted for Reginald Jameson, as I feel he will be able to help you the most. Neron may be a great warrior, but do you really want to send out your friends to the mercy of the swarm? (hmmm, actually that's not a bad idea! >:-) ) Commander Xenu doesn't look the trustworthy type, and Kabuki... just looks funny. :-P Secondly, I think the Deadzone is the way to go, as I have always loved a little danger (especially when it is other people who are in it >:-) ), and the rewards would be fantastic! I have to say they all sound like promising places, but The Deadzone just does it for me. X-D Make your unstable team-mate eat it, and watch him die, as that would be hilarious! :-D (who said that? X-O ). As it is an easy to catch creature, it would be good to know if you can eat it, as it would be an easy and safe source of food. You could always make Exo-builder eat it... >:-) *skull* Lastly, try to tame the thing, as it will give you something to do between raids, and it would be a great companion (a bit like a horse is, except horses aren't poisonous X-D ). I think that in this sort of situation, it is always good to take risks and trust to luck, because if you can't trust luck, who can you trust? :-P Thanks again Batbrick, great work, I can't wait for the results of the poll! *sweet* *y*
-
That is a great town Brickadier General! My favourite part is the Japanese styled houses, they are just stunning! You must have put a lot of work into them (and everything else!). I wish I had more greenery so I could make brick-built trees and gardens... :'-( Awesome work, a real inspiration! *y*
-
That would be Azula. ;-) Yeah, I want Avatar back too, it was great. As for a music theme, that would be awesome, as I love music! Imagine a Lego violin! :-P I can't think of any other separate theme's right now, I just want to see more City stuff! X-D
-
We must have a like mind, because I voted for them both as well! I think Kit Fisto is great, although I haven't got the set he's in... :'-(
