  1. I always wanted to rebuild the Modelteam 5590 only larger....I used the 8258 and 9396 to recreate this. All the items are remote contoller. The helicopter has pneumatics (don't have the special cilinders)to open the loaddoor and the wheels, build in a compressor powerer by a m-motor. The Truck is powered by a m-motor on 2 axes and is able to move the complete set (do not have a good video camera to film this). For the trailer i found on this forum an nice exable for the legs that can be powered by an m-motor remotely. Hope you like this build.....my boys are have a lot of fun with it. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/340370 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=512256
  2. Nice work, any picture to get a better understanding of how it is build?
  3. Thanks for the tip / advice.....I will ask permission
  4. Hi DLuders...I have a lot of respect for you guys....I just want to learn how all of this works. I want to learn how to create build-instruction and choice this model because I am a big fan of jeeps and Nico his work. For what I have changed to the model is is adding a which that is driven by a m-motor and added a m-motor to the "gearbox" so seleting low of high gear can be done remote. I added lights. I also modified the body work: I made it 2 studs wider and added doors. The doors have a locking mechanisme (this is the 2 studs wider reason) I made the chassis more stiff in my view (used the Trial Crawler of nico as base). Hope when you take a closer look that you maybe enyoy it also. I enyoy technic lego every day and have lots of respect for people like Nico, Sheepo, Sariel, Paul..Nathanael Kuipers..and lot's more. Because of this I wanted to explore and understand the time and effort all these people but into this. Hope people will not be offended by my attempt. Does this made sense to you and will you help me with my next step?
  5. I lot of builders do not create intructions because it is a lot of work. I wanted to get a better understanding of this by putting 1 of my mod's into SR 3d builder. I learned a lot and got a lot of respect for the builders that do create instructions please never stop creating this instructions. Image See the file on http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/bmollema/Trucks/Nico-71-Jeep-ref2/jeep.l3b or http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/324635 I also like to understand how I can create a build instruction based on this L3b file?
  6. Does anybody ever build the B-model (jeep)....are there any picture or instructions available. I like to build it. Bernhard
  7. Sorry it was a choice between technic lego parts or a camera......
  8. I visited this model again to modify some of my whishes into this beautiful design. - added a motorized switch for the gearbox. - added doors (like landrover of Sheepo - added loading doors at the back - added a HOG and switch to select the steering mode. I still want to add (if I can find the space to build it in): - a motorized winch - a motorized switch for the steering. See the rest on: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=504022 or: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/324637
  9. First Sheepo this week with a great design (Landrover) and now this. Just amazing.....
  10. Simply a great design....would like to see your hand in the future technic lego designs.... Will you create a parts list? Bernhard
  11. Hi Tim, No used a worm wheel (item 4716 on bricklink)and a seperate motor (only for the winch). I also changed gear ratio to the wheels to get a bit more speed (20 Tooth instead of the 24 Tooth) Bernhard
  12. I finally got all the parts to build this excellent designed Jeep. I added a winch controlled by an extra M-motor (and build it next to the other motors) and added lights. See the rest on: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=501685 or: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/319520
  13. Hi all, You guys are quick in finding this .......I hope you like the modification (extra steering) to this great design.... I also do not have the unimog so I needed to change the body with parts I do have.... Bernhard
  14. Finally had some time to build this creation, very nice and clear instructions. Could not finish the chairs (ordered specific parts but not in..) Thanks for creating this design Paul and hope to see more.......
  15. My attept resulted in 3 workable gears (R,1 and 2 (very slow driving)) but the rest will not move the car See pics on http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/290753. Bernhard
  16. Thanks Paul much appreciated coming from you:grin: ..... 1 question the turn circle seems small on the 2012 concept cas, did you experience this also?
  17. Just amazing.....fun to play with so many functions in 1 module......
  18. I am a big fan of Paul (Crowkillers) and I wanted to do something with the 2012 concept car he designed, so I used the complete concept car as the base of this black Hummer. Please let me know what you think of this... Check out Paul his new site http://www.crowkillers.com See also http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/303236 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=493300
  19. My boys wanted to play with the model Nico71's designed, I added some modifications to the design to increase the play options. Hope you like it. Check out http://www.nico71.fr/trial-unimog-v4/ for Nico71's work, I like it. Check also http://www.mocpages.com/home.php/74519 and feel free to comment.....
  20. Check out my MOC pages: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/264806 and http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/290753 Good luck....
  21. Nice work, I build RC in it. See http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/265838
  22. Sorry I don't have a camera, only cellphone.......thanks for your comment.
  23. I wanted to build a sportscar that is a mix of the 8448 and 8070. See results below, hope you like it. This car's backwheels are powered with m-motor via 5 speedgear box (with 1 reverse), it can drive at differents speeds via this gearbox. I used m-motor for steering. Fun part is that the steering can be de-activated via switch so the car can be played manually (with gears in neutral). Is has 4 lights in the front, the chairs are adjustable in position. It has doors that can be opened same go's for the trunck and motorhood. Gearbox details: Reverse -2.5:1 First 1.66:1 Second 1.5:1 Third 1:1 Fourth 0.9:1 Fifth 0.6:1 See: Bricksheld gallery See also: Bernhard's MOC pages
  24. The gearbox connects the the fake engine, I want to try it one day but I worry about forces that will be on the parts. I drives normal, i mean it is not very fast but also not slow. I do not have a good video camera else I could show it.
