Dr. Julian is my top choice. I'd also love to see Cole's parents, Skales' family, a proper Soto (and his crew!), the Commissioner, a proper Dr. Saunders, Fugidove and for fun throw in that post apocalyptic outfit the postman wore in Rebooted. I also hope Dr. LaRow shows up again so we get her as a minifig too.
