  1. It seems I'm the only one who would prefer just a normal figure for Beast. I have all my minifigures together and I don't like how the bigger ones like Lotso or Rex stand out in the collection (I don't have Maui). I'm glad Lego did Baymax a normal minifigure and I hope Beast gets the same treatment. With a moulded head with horns it will be taller than Belle.
  2. Reviews for the lilo & Stitch house are appearing. The set and figures look great and I'm very happy with the set. The only thing I don't like is that there are too many stickers and no printed piece at all.
  3. Do you think Cotton's parrot would be included?
  4. I was looking at the HD photos of Lilo and Stitch house and when reading the description, I noticed it says "It works with other LEGO ǀ Disney building sets (sold separately) and is ideal for gift-giving.". What does that mean? Which other sets it works with? Do they mean other houses like UP and Snow White?
  5. I think chances of getting the objects in human form are pretty low. Belle, Gaston, Beast, Prince and maybe Lefou and Maurice at the most are the humans I would expect. That's already 6 figures plus the objects and maybe Philip the horse.
  6. I really want a Beatuy and the Beast minifigure set, but 300$ might be beyond my budget, especially when we already have minifigures for Belle and Gaston. For that price, the set would need to have the full cast as minifigures so that I could consider buying it: Belle, Beast, prince human, Gaston, Lefou, Maurice and good models for all the animated objetcs.
  7. Rapunzel and Flynn are too expensive as stand alone minifigures. I can buy a whole set for that money. Encanto only has Bruno in minifigure form. Kristoff and Hans from Frozen have never been made in minifigures. So even if the locations exist in minidoll sets, most of the matching characters aren't available in minifigure form or are extremely expensive.
  8. You're right, but I meant with minifigures instead of minidolls
  9. Today I finally finished building the Snow White cottage that I bought a couple months ago. I'm very happy with this set and I've enjoyed the building process. Personally I would have preferred a simplified roof so that the set was cheaper. The roof alone has hundreds of pieces. That being said, I hope Lego continues making this kind of iconic sets with a lot of minifigures. Winnie Pooh's house, UP house, Snow's Cottage and the upcoming Lilo and Stitch's Beach House are my favourite Lego sets. Come on Lego, give us more Disney houses! (The Madrigal House, for example, or Rapunzel's tower, or Arendelle's castle, or Aurora's cottage, or Merlin's tower, or Notre Dame, or Prince Eric's castle, or Tarzan's tree house, or the Emperor of China's Palace from Mulan...)
  10. Sorry for double posting, but I also noticed the Cruella dress set comes with a new dalmatian puppy, although the one in the CMF looked better.
  11. Wow, this is a surprise! I didn't expect to see it so soon. I really like it! Nani and David look great, and Bubbles looks as expected too. The spaceship is very small but looks great. Lilo is the only one which seems off to me. I think I prefer the Lilo from the Magic of Disney set. This set matches the UP house set very well.
  12. I see your point, but that was maybe the only time Harry Potter wore shorts in 8 movies. When I think of Harry, I never imagine him in shorts. However, when thinking about Hawaiian characters like Nani and David, I think shorts are more important. Maybe we are lucky and get very accurate minifigures including David's arm tattoo. If they end up being simplified minifigures, I will buy them anyway and I'll be happy. After years of having only Stitch is nice to have more characters from the movie.
  13. The minifigures in the Up house were awesome, so I think Lego will do a nice job again with Lilo and Stitch. Nani wears different costumes in the movie, although I think the t-shirt with the heart is the most iconic.
  14. I read somewhere about the rumours for "Minnie pet hotel" and "Disney castle and royal pets" sets, so I just assumed Mickey and Friends is returning. I'm hoping for Figaro, since he's Minnie's pet in several shorts. I'm glad that despite not getting the two difficult characters they still added all the humans. I was afraid David was left apart.
  15. Happy new year! With Mickey and Friends, Toy Story and Pirates of the Caribbean apparently returning in 2025, and the Lilo and Stitch house plus the Pixar lamp and the other Pixar set romoured for this year, 2025 might be a great year! And if we also get a Beauty and the Beast set... It's going to be a bad year for my wallet!
  16. What if the 18+ Pixar set is similar to Magic of Disney set but with Pixar scenes? Instead of Pride rock with Simba, we could get a Monsters inc door with Mike Wazowski Instead of Flounder and Sebastian, we could get Dory and Nemo Instead of the Encanto house and Bruno with the rat, we could get an omnidroid with Mr Incredible Instead of Belle with the rose, we could get Merida with her arch Instead of Geppetto witht he raft, we could get Joy with the headquarter's console Instead of the 3 fantasia broomsticks, we could get 3 cones and a route 66 sign Instead of Lilo surfing, we culd get Buzz Lightyear flying with a spaceship or rocket There wouldn't be a giant character, hence the reduced prie and piece count. Or what if the set is similar to the Marvel logo set but with Pixar logo instead? I would include the following minifigures Buzz Lightyear (reused) Mr Incredible (reused) Mike Wazowski (new) Joy (new) Nemo and Dory (new) That would represent the most popular Pixar films except Cars
  17. Could it be the Pixar lamp from Lego ideas?
  18. The camera set had Dumbo and Bambi and 3 minifgures. Up house was cheaper and got Dug. The Toy Story sets came with Ham, Rex, Lotso, Bullseye, Bunny and Ducky (in different sets of course). Pooh's house also brought lots of characters with new moulded heads. There's aslo Pluto. So, I think if they want to do Jumba and Pleakley, they can. Lilo & Stitch is a very popular franchise, and I think that we could see more sets in the future, especially if the new movie does well at the box office (and so far it seems it will be a big hit). I wouldn't be surprised if they plan to reuse Jumba and Pleakley in the future sets. Fingers crossed! And I could see Angel coming in CMF series 4.
  19. I think the train might be similar to the 100 anniversary train which also was 4+.
  20. That list is interesting. I wish the Minnie's Pet Hotel comes with Figaro. Hopefully with the return of Mickey and Friends subtheme we can eventually get Pete, Clarabelle, Horace, Max... The Princess one I guess it's minidolls and it's not the Beauty and the Beastnset we all want.
  21. With the reopening of Notre Dame in Paris and having launched a lego Notre Dame set not so long ago, I wish we could get a Disney set for Hunchback of Notre Dame. The movie has so many characters that would look great as minifigures. Having 2 of them in a CMF series wouldn't be enough. Quasimodo, Frollo, Esmeralda with Djali, Febus and Clopin have wonderful designs. The gargoyles could look great too. I know chances are low, but I wanted to take advantage of the momentum to express my wish.
  22. I admit that the Stitch, Simba and HeiHei sets look fantastic, so the Dalmatians will probably look great too. Unfortunately since my budget and space at home is limited, I'm not buying this kind of sets without minifigures.
  23. Heihei looks good. I wish we had a good hehei minifigure like Pua. I also hoped for a new Maui. It's too expensive to buy him alone second hand. I think Disney and Lego missed some opportunities with Inside Out 2 and Moana 2. They should have made more sets to benefit from this huge franchises. I hope they don't make the same mistake next year with Zootopia 2.
  24. After seeing the new costume for Moana in the sequel, I wonder if Lego could do a new CMF series with characters that we have but in their alternate costumes. Of course, I would prefer a new series with all new characters, but the costume variants could be an interesting option: Moana (Moana 2) Elsa (Frozen 2) Anna (Frozen 2) Aladdin (Prince Ali) Belle (village dress) Ariel (human form) Tiana (blue dress) Aurora (Briar Rose) Stitch (Elvis) Jack Skellington (Sandy Claws) Hercules (Go the distance) Baymax (armour) Mulan (warrior) Elastigirl (original suit) Mr Incredible (original suit) Ursula (Vanessa) Genie (free version, with legs) Mickey (Little brave tailor)
  25. I haven't built it yet, but I really like the set. It's the most expensive set I've ever bought, but I want to support Lego for doing such an iconic Disney set with so many minifigures. The only problem I have so far with Snow's Cottage is how big the box is. That's the problem of buying online, you don't get the scope of the size of things. I like to keep the boxes, but I'm not sure where I can storage this one .
